4:53pm PT (camera 2) Bayleigh explains the power app, clearly. After the nom box is brought in, a voice comes over announcing a power has been used, and the new noms will appear. But, of course if someone is taken down because of Veto, HoH puts up the replacement.

Angie said that she doesn't think Bayleigh would have gotten the power app. She thinks Winston got the app.
Scottie was upset after being hit with all that negativity from Winston, he said it took him awhile to shake it off and the camera's followed him as he was walking it off following him in the room.
