Terry was being awfully snarky this week. I can't believe that woman with the holes in her boobs from the botched boob job - and the implants just FELL OUT. Unreal. They did a good job patching her up using what she had with no more implants. That was a mess.

I know it's kinda mean, but getting plastic surgery in the D.R. only seemed like the latest in bad decision-making from that woman. Having a 22 year old and about to be a grandmother at age 38? Yikes! With that said, that was truly the most horrible case of flesh-eating bacteria/MRSA I've ever seen. Some people just get the short end of the stick recovering-wise but those are the risks you take when you're doing plastic surgery tourism and trying to get something on the cheap. You get what you pay for.
I thought the twins were adorable but understand why the doctors declined to work on them.

She had a great figure and looked pretty good for her age but her skin...there's some things that PS can't hide, and I noticed that most of the pictures they showed of her were at the beach. sun damage is real, and she should have taken some of that million dollars she spent on her body and used it for skin peels, treatments, etc. I didn't surprise me one bit that she didn't want to go implantless for 6 months before downgrading.
Was exactly sure what caused the hump on the cop's side but was glad that Dr. Dubrow was able to get rid of a good portion of it. And the young lady who had a nose job at thirteen should have never happened. Your nose is still growing at that age so there's no wonder she had complications. It goes to show that a lot of doctors out here are money motivated and less about the patient's best interests.

No, that was the woman who's implants fell out.

I'm over all these people wanting to look like a Barbie doll. She does need to lay off the tanning, she's going to destroy what's left of her skin. And it's crazy that someone approved a nose job for a 13 year old. Way too young. But wow, she did have a cutie for a husband! Plus he seemed really supportive and sweet - even better. So the cop basically had a huge hernia on his side after the kidney cancer surgery? That had to be painful with all the gear he wears for work, and it looked much better after surgery. It was nice to see something a little different from the usual boobs and nose jobs, too.

New episodes are showing now on Monday nights!
This week's episode: A guy who got a bunch of PS done to his face and not liking the results wants some refinement, a woman whose breast augmentation made one of her breasts look like a pulled-out sock, and the usual PS junkie wanting more procedures done.

I didn't even know these were back on! This week we had a 20-something who wanted (and didn't need) a facelift, a lady with a nose destroyed in a car wreck, and yet another woman who got implants to make some damn man happy. Happily, she wasn't with that turd at the end after she got corrective surgery.

OMG, I wanted to hug that woman and tell her "Girl, he's a snake, leave him!" His response to her botched surgery was to break up with her and date some big-boobed chick? Nope. Also, I saw him rolling his eyes a few times when she was telling the doctors about her trauma. He was a piece of garbage and she is so much better off without him.

When your implants are SOOO big that the docs can't even get to your ribs to get cartilage to fix your nose, you might want to rethink some things. And I hope that one girl sued the crap out of the "doctor" that butchered her reduction surgery. Wow.

Season premiere tonight! Clients this week are a young man with a giant keloid on top of his ear, a plastic surgery queen currently looking to downside her breasts, and a reality tv star from Europe with butt issues.
Dr. Nassiff removed the keloid but made sure to tell the client that it might grow back. He used a little bit of rib to mold the top of the ear once the keloid was gone, and made a skin graft from the keloid to cover it. It looked fine for a few days but unfortunately the skin graft started to separate from the top of the ear. Dr Nassiff told him not to use peroxide on it anymore as that actually damages skin grafts that haven't healed and stitched his ear up again. He looked great, and later went on spring break with a friend.
The reality star had gel inserted in her buttocks to make them much bigger. Upon examining her Dr Dubrow found some discoloration which indicated some circulation/blood supply issues. He suggested getting rid of some of the gel and giving her a buttock lift but that required at least 6 months of downtime. Since she had some job related events and did not have the time for the recovery at the moment it was decided that she would come back when her life wasn't so hectic.
The plastic surgery queen had 38 surgeries on her breasts to make them bigger. She worked in a psych hospital and one day one of the patients threw her on the floor, hurting her back. This gave her a LOT of pain with her big implants and she wanted to go much smaller. During the surgery, Dr. Dubrow found out that what the client was told were 2000cc implants were actually 1000cc implants, and that was the size she wanted to go down to! More than that, the original doctor gave her a weird half saline half silicone implant. Dr Dubrow fitted her with 500cc implants after doing an aggressive lift, and her breasts looked great. She was mad initially but he explained to her that her doctor originally only put 1000cc in her, and that it was just a number. Her friend told her the new breasts looked marvelous but she was still unconvinced. Later on, she saw the doctors and apologized to Dr. Dubrow, saying she felt so much better and her new breasts were great.

The shows I enjoy the most are "Botched by Nature". These are stories of those people who are born with "abnormalities", and the doctors work their magic, actually changing their lives. Puts a whole new perspective on things for me.
I am glad that for the most part, the doctors do not work on those people who are truly obsessed with plastic surgery. Body dysmorphia is type of mental illness. I am glad they do not want to add to their "sickness".

New week, new cases! - A lady who had a filler injection on her nose had an issue with the procedure and her flesh went necrotic. She had it reconstructed but it didn't look right, and as a result gave her all sorts of issues from the relationship with her husband to making decisions in general; especially since she made the decision to have the first surgery while her husband was deployed. Dr Nassiff did a wonderful reconstruction job that was still healing at the time the show aired, but she already looked a lot better and is going to look great in a year's time. - The second case was a lady who went to the D.R. to get a bigger breast augmentation for $3500, and you get what you pay for. When she went for her surgery, she noticed there was 14 other women scheduled to have breast augmentations that day. The doctor did not...do a good job, and she ended up at the ER back home in the States because pus was coming out of her incisions. She ended up losing the implant in one breast because it got badly infected. Dr. Dubrow said he could either make her a tad bigger (which would mean implants) or take out the other implant and give her a lift, but he could only make that decision once he was inside, and she agreed to leaving the whole thing up to him. During her surgery Dr. Dubrow discovered that the D.R. doctors didn't even give her new implants, they just washed the old ones and popped them back in (which probably what led to her infection in the first place) so they completely scammed her. Dr. Dubrow did a marvelous reconstructive job and she had a reveal party when getting her nursing degree and was very pleased. - The third case was the usual extreme plastic surgery junkie from the U.K. I felt really bad for her because it was obvious she was not in a good place. The doctors felt the same because they asked a lot of pointed questions about her procedures and her weight. It turned out she was 5'6 and weighed 100 pounds, and it wasn't natural thin, she looked cadaverous. In addition, she had blowfish lips which looked horrible with her extremely sharp cheekbones. She wanted to have surgery on her breasts again but the doctors honestly felt extremely uncomfortable treating her and told her so.
