Rachel pointing out Brett is a better competitor which will help them. But they also acknowledge that's a double edged sword that will hurt them down the road.
Winston is a liability, because of his facial expressions. The other side of the house doesn't like him, so if WInston stays, he'll remain a target for the other side. Rachel is worried that if WInston goes, she'll be the next target.

Rachel said she talked to Bayleigh, and Bayleigh told her to let her know how she was voting, and she'd do the same
Tyler warns her about that, says Bayleigh is in an alliance with the other side and will probably do the opposite of whatever Rachel says with the vote
Rachel seems doubtful. "did they have a name?" she asks
Tyler says yeah. she wasn't in it at first but then they added her.
Rachel still says she wants to trust Bayleigh
