waywyrd thanks again for letting BB watchers know about the pool. We would love to have more people join! The deadline to join is this Thursday July 25 by 5 PM Pacific Daylight time (Big Brother time!). It's easy to pariticipate, allysense and I keep track of the scoring. Participants in the pool simply have to pick their team and sub in players when their active team loses a player.

Sorry gang but I am going to be out for the afternoon. My daughter's Day Program is closed for holidays so she is home with me. We are going out for lunch and ice cream. I should be back in 3-4hrs.

Not much happening. Quinn was just in the gym trying to do single leg squats...unsuccessfully.  He laughed and posed for the camera before heading to the shower. Now there's four feeds of Angela snoring like mad in the HoH room. That's the content I'm here for!  |

Earlier, Angela was sitting in the HoH griping about Tucker. "He's good, he's playing everyone in the house including me."
In the middle of making her bed, she looks at the spy cam and says "Brooklyn, you'll be next. Eventually."
I....what? She wakes up every morning hating on a different person. Today is Tucker's day.

Yes, I noticed that she is alienating herself from everyone. One by one, her negative approach of attacking people on camera will surely not make her America's Favorite. She may have a shock when she leaves if she keeps this up.

Do they normally do long stretches of "We'll Be Right Back" this late in the day? I assume this is a slow day, unless something exploded that BB is controlling. It was bad last season, but, it feels worse now. Controlling content is hard for us when we were so used to seeing everything at first, then almost everything for many years. Including "You are not allowed to talk about Production" and Please go yo storage to change your mic's. The ship has gotten much tighter.
At least they are back now.

The feed cuts have been awful this week. I was watching Lisa hem Matt up, demanding to know everything Angela has ever said to him - they cut to fish. A few of them were joking about where the next big argument will happen - fish.
I don't understand who they're protecting by cutting the feeds constantly.

I wasn't able to watch feeds yesterday. Today I've been trying to use my Paramount+ phone app and the app won't even load. It gets stuck on Spongebob. Paramount+ website is currently working from my laptop. Hopefully it works on my TV when I get home later cause I only use laptop if I really need to. I can't believe these issues are still going on.

I think our 2024 skippy's must have short attention spans, and get bored quickly. They love hopping in and out; switching feeds quickly.
Well, one week in, and I'm ready to skip to the end. We have more of the sociable Gen Z cast this season. Their style of speaking is less familiar to me, but their energy is great. I guess CBS is clear about their viewing demographics, and the heck with the rest of us Gen X plus.
I think this cast will be known more for their social interactions, then smart gaming. 
Angela is crying (again), Quinn hugged her and told her to just be herself.

Lisa's throwing pillows on the floor in the living room, she insists that everyone join in her meditations/stretches/whatever because they "need something unifying."
Nobody seems terribly excited for this.
Angela has descended into the kitchen - will she join Lisa's woo-woo group?

Cam decided to lead the meditation but Lisa has reappeared. I guess she demanded to be let go. Leah and MJ aren't participating, choosing to do makeup instead. Kenney is sitting at the dining table watching. BB is playing along, slow panning over the AI sculpture thing and the "grass" on the screen. I think Matt fell asleep. Cam concludes his guided meditation and everyone says it was great. |

Matt is currently having a rather intelligent conversation with Chelsie about a C.S. Lewis novel The Screwtape Letters, said he had to read it in seminary?? I don't know who this guy is. I'm used to bro-Matt.
Skippy says we'll have none of that, so all four feeds are on Cedric and his pink shower cap with Angela in the kitchen. She's commenting on how much some of the food cost and something about sticky stuff on the floor. Riveting.
