Sounds like Tucker did it under the impression the deal to get Quinn out was on.
Cam and Cedric never really spit those words out so idk if that was done purposely.

Cedric and Cam fumbled all this.
All you had to do is tell Tucker you are not going through with the plan.
Keeping Tuck and Ken on your side. But instead C&C pin it all on Tuck/Ken about a plan nobody had an idea about.
Then you blindside Tucker into STILL not using the veto and risk a blow up like what just happened.
No matter what it seems like right now, we know after every blow up, HGs start dissecting every word and then don't trust all those involved.

Not sure if it was recapped last night but Leah and Cam compared notes on Quinn. She told him Quinn is the one that started the rift she had with Cedric. So she isn't a fan of Quinn at the moment.
