Part of the confusion is that they didn’t fully understand the upgrade, at least for Cedric. Quinn has to use his power when the new HoH begins, Cedric thought Quinn could use his power and mess up his noms. No, it would be next week, not now. Cedric does not have enough BB history on powers.
That said, Tucker was a fool for not using it on himself.

Tucker is being over confident. Maybe, trying to psych himself up for a win, but it comes across as over confident.
Darn! I really want Kenney to go home because he misses his family and his head isn’t in the game.
