Sam announces she wants to start doing the food prep thing. She's been eating badly. So she wants to overeat for a week to retrain her body.

Sam is rearranging all the food on the counter so the bad stuff is all in one place
kaycee tries to show her to look at the nutritional info, see how many carbs
Sam says she never looks at that, she thinks it's stupid. But the one thing she does do is how her mom told her to just look at the calories, and the calories from fat. And if the fat calories are more than half of the total calories it's bad.
Tyler says he looks for high protein and lower sugars.

I'm always amazed at how very little people understand about nutrition. I live in such a nutrition-conscious world (college athletics) that I forget until I watch stuff like this that people don't understand basic nutrition
