Haleigh saying she agrees that Kaycee will keep her cool and stay calm on the block but she doesn't want her on the block two weeks in a row
she DEFINITELY wants Sam up, and she doesn't even know what Sam said this morning
ALTHOUGH she was saying that she knows Sam and Scottie were up late last night and thinks they were planning this. SO she probably suspects that Fessy was about to tell her Sam pitched her going up too

Haleigh and Scottie talking ...she's telling him that she's not going to turn her back on him. He tells her he thinks thats the best thing for her to do.
Scottie "you're going to hate me. I've already put it in motion."
He said he's had people tell him that Haleigh is playing him. So he said he might as well make people think he believes it. He's telling her she shouldn't be seen with him now. He's told people that he and Haleigh are enemies now. He's basically telling Haleigh that he's saying this stuff just to make everyone not think the two of them are together.

He's telling her that he is just going to say at the veto speech that he has nothing to do. "I'm literally just going to lay down." As in not try to stay.
