Significant things that happened yesterday:- no surprises at the veto meeting as Kaycee didn't use the veto and nominations stayed the same
- Fessy and Haleigh's bickermance carried on as per usual throughout the day
- Fessy used the hot shower (he's a have-not)
- Sam spent about an hour straightening Tyler's hair. The end result was him looking like he just stepped off the cover of a dime store romance novel. During the process, Sam wouldn't allow Angela and Haleigh to come in and watch, although the guys were welcome. This didn't go over well with Angela and Haleigh.
- JC, who's been concerned lately that he might be the odd man odd towards the end, started trying to plant seeds with Brett and Tyler that one of Angela / Kaycee needs to go soon. He wants to keep Haleigh longer because Haleigh will go after Sam. Tyler says there's no way he'll get on board with keeping Haleigh around.
- They got locked down already, much earlier than usual, which led to much speculation about battle-backs and endurance. Most of them have already pegged that the battle back will happen this week, with a double eviction next week.
- In actual game-significant things that happened last night, Brett / Tyler / Angela had been complaining about Sam (prompted by a tiff over laundry where Sam snapped at Brett), and later joined by JC. Kaycee had gone downstairs (where Sam was) and as she was walking through the living room, heard the people in HOH talking over the intercom. It seems there had been some malfunctioning with the system. Kaycee ran back up to tell them about it and they panicked (see video clip below, or HERE if the embedded video isn't working). Apparently, Sam heard some of it too.

Okay...the HOH breech is ridiculous. The way the camera is following them around, recording reactions seems too much like a set-up. I am not a huge Angela fan, but she is right. That's messing with their game and completely unfair. And poor Sam. Everyone talks about others in that house, but this isn't cool.

Wonder, what if anything, production will do something to ‘correct’ their breech mistake. Not just fix the glitch, but do something game-wise.

this could be an interesting day on the feeds. They're already locked inside and cranky, and as evidenced the last few days, they're getting on each other's nerves.
also, will be interesting to see how Sam acts today depending on how much she overheard from the HOH intercom fiasco last night.

Sam and Angela in the bathroom laughing about the intercom incident. Sam says she thought they knew she could hear so she thought they were doing it on purpose and not really paying attention to what they were saying.
She's all giddy now (DR meds?) but I have a feeling it'll come back up later.

I was away for a bit but it sounds like Sam and Brett had a talk. Here's some from Twitter. I think she only heard the part where he was complaining about her and the laundry situation.
Sam- I have got a bone to pick with you. You are going to go upstairs and get aggravated like you have some kind of a problem.
Brett- I was a little bit frustrated with how you came at me. I was talking to JC about it. I was just as cranky as you were
Sam- If you ever have a feeling like that again, you should come say it to my face.
Brett- I'm sorry
Brett- You were cranky, I was cranky. Nothing was going to be resolved by bitching and moaning. I had my vent session with JC, and that was it.
Sam- You promise?
Brett- I promise
Then they hugged it out.

JC and Fessy are still in bed, even though BB as been pounding them with GET UP messages. Everyone else in the kitchen, cooking and chatting. Tyler's hair is starting to go back to its natural state. |

I don't know how MFWalkoff can dislike Brett so much. Brett tickles me. I take his snark with a grain of salt. Once Brett and JC get evicted I'll have to cancel my feeds because the rest of the HG's are boring to watch.

I can't believe Im saying this....but too bad everyone didn't catch Ty and Angela cuddling last night on the intercom screen. JC would have truly lost it. He was already spiraling after the hair reveal. |

I may be in the minority, but I don't like Tyler's hair straight. I like that they were able to have fun with Tyler's hair and that everyone (including Tyler) seemed to be good-natured about it. But yeah, I'm not a fan of it as a thing he might do regularly. |
