61 raining, lightening and thunder...it's been raining since this afternoon. It was a nightmare driving home from work...flooding everywhere..... Sounds scary! Glad you made it okay.  (no idea what it was like outside today here, since I never left the house!!) :D |

Overall in comparison to the past five years our weather has been very mild so far. I'm grateful as I've had to drive 70 - 200 miles recently to get to places we needed to go. I don't like driving in snow or ice.

Yet another gray foggy day in the low 40's. Most everywhere else in the state has been sunny except for the valley I live in. Yesterday we went to the coast and it was in the 50's and brilliantly sunny!

We have some major snow coming Saturday night. We have had virtually none so far. So they say it won't be a bad winter, but they're averaging in the mild winter so far. That doesn't count! All that matters is the crap still in front of us and how soon can I work in my garden.
