I do not know how Kamil thought humiliating Annaliese in front of millions of people made him "a man" instead of telling her privately and then discussing it with Chris Harrison if that is what needed to happen according to their contract....so much unnecessary extra hurt.
Regardless of how one views Jordan's over the top but otherwise harmless behavior, he does not deserve the deceit and shame that are being heaped upon him with the reveal of the emails.
All of this just makes my heart hurt.
The producers must believe these public, emotional breakups make for "good drama" to give to us viewers. I'm speaking mostly of the Kamil/Annaliese mess. It reminds me a lot of Arie very publicly breaking up with Becca, so we could watch the female break down on camera. I feel somewhat guilty even watching such intimate, emotional moments.
All in all, I do feel bad for Annaliese. If anything positive is to come from her time on BIP, I hope she can better read the emotions of any men who will be in her future. All of us in the viewing audience KNEW Kamil wasn't into her, but she didn't sense that.
I'm not sure what happened between Jordan and Jenna. **edited to add - just read about the email scandal involving Jenna**.
I suspect it went MUCH farther than a couple of emails.
As much as I was rooting for Jordan and Jenna, I couldn't shake the feeling that she was a vapid, "party girl" who is very adept at playing men for whatever she wants. Turns out my gut feeling was correct. I feel bad for Jordan. Maybe he and Annaliese should've stuck it out on BIP, since he dated her before Jenna came on the show.
I think it is really inappropriate to show these personal moments...they should be private. Having said that Annalese has a lot of work to do...very needy. I hope she gets some help. My feelings about Jordan havent changed. I really felt his behaviour to his perceived rivals was rude and immature, even on the after show, and his other disrespectful remarks irk me. Sorry for his heartbreak for sure, but i do hope he learns some humility.
