what is going to happen with Mer? I think she'll pull through. . I actually love the scenes on the beach, and seeing Derek and George again.. It's hard to watch at times , but, it's a hospital. When they got those two girls free, from the basement, then it flashed back to the sex ring that Deluca had shouted about, during his manic phase at the hospital, was very well done. . |

I'm at a point with this show where I want to quit watching, but I've stuck with it for so long that I feel like I have to keep going until it finally ends. I made the comment to a friend last week that Greys is kind of like COVID -- it would be easier to endure it if we knew when it would end! I get that they need to cover COVID since it is a current day hospital show ... and it makes it easier for them to film the show having everyone in protective gear. But we need some breaks from time to time! I'm also frustrated with how heavily they are relying on cross over episodes with Station 19. I don't watch Station 19, so every time they continue a story from there, it doesn't make total sense ... and I'm not going to give up another hour of TV viewing because they keep trying to force it! I'm also not crazy about how they are over dramatizing the impact of COVID, doing things like portraying everyone on staff as not being able to go home because they work in hospitals. I have a few friends who are on the front lines in hospitals treating patients - they come home. I have a good friend whose husband is a pulmonologist working in the ICU every day with COVID patients. As a family they are isolating - I have not seen her any way but through zoom since March. But he comes home every night - he has not been staying in a hotel. So when people are feeling emotional over the subject anyways, those kind of liberties for dramatic effect are really irritating me more than they normally do with the show.

I sure didn't like having to say goodbye to Deluca, he did such a good job of trailing that sex trafficker.  and was doing much better on his medication Every one looks so weary, bless them. I hope Tom doesn't leave the show. |
