Huh...Neil and Ashley? I'm not sure how I feel about these two yet. It seems like it is a bit rushed, but Ashley made a comment about how "they had done this before". I don't remember her and Neil being in a relationship? It must've been many years ago. I think they had a fling years ago. I don't remember the specifics.
I believe this sudden romantic connection may have something to do with Eileen Davidson's departure.
I also think the Hillary Nate like/dislike has something to do with Hillary's departure.

Yes, she did. And in case you missed it, Lily ran a red light causing the accident because she was fighting with H. But she doesn’t remember it that way.

I didn't see the accident, although I've heard most of the explanations from Lily, Charlie and Shauna on why it happened, and to some degree, how it happened. I was out of the room the other day and came back in to see Hilary crying and Devon was holding and consoling her. So I figured the baby was lost.  |

I am sooooooo behind so while the other episodes are still on my DVR I had to start with TODAY as my DIL told me about P&N .... Wow, so LILY ran a RED LIGHT? OMG ..... Why did Phyllis think it was a good idea to answer Kyle knocking on the door.........he is the biggest gossip in all of GC.  While I do love Phyllis and Billy together, I can't take Nick with Sharon...............blah. That BLUE dress on Phyllis was nice BUT that zipper on the back was DUMB......it was all bugling on her back. The design was DUMB. Oh boy if something happens to Hilary........Lily will be beside herself. |

I hollered at the TV today...."Bye Felicia!!!", when Hilary FINALLY kicked the bucket. I'd walk out of the room, away from the TV, to tend to housework and such...only to walk back in see that Hilary was just a bit more feeble than she was 5 minutes before. I DO feel a little bit bad for Devon, he loved her even though she had battery acid running through her veins and was such a nasty person to just about everyone she met. It is sad that only 3 or 4 people will actually be saddened at her death, while the majority of Genoa City have been hurt by her scathing "exposes", blackmail plots and being at the receiving end of that acid tongue of hers. It will interesting to see who shows up at her service and/or funeral.  |

I’m glad Mariah decided to stay. She is very fickle with Tessa and doesn’t communicate when something’s bothering her. Her mom needs her now with the wedding and Dark Horse. Devon needs her to keep the Hillary Hour going until they decide what to do with it. If they cancel it will she go to work at Dark Horse?
Why do we NEVER see Christian? This whole custody battle and Nick throwing shade that he will be raised by a nanny at Victor’s, you would think he’d be more hands on.

That dress Phyllis wore to Hillary's funeral was IMHO over the top.

I’m not sure how that usually plays out. She wasn’t drinking or doing drugs. Or on her phone. I’m wondering if there was a yellow light warning of the upcoming red light. She didn’t even know she had run a red light. What happened to the car she hit? Did that driver give a statement? Does Lily have any prior bad driving history? Does an unborn baby count as a separate death in that situation? Even Michael said that extreme sentence was if the judge wanted to make an example of her. What is the usual sentence? Even with intentional murder there is a defense of emotional duress.
I googled it and of course it varies by state, but a year of jail time seems to be the average answer.

Running a red light (to me) is AGGRESSIVE behavior. I see if here in SoCAL often.  IMHO....It is a privilege to have a drivers license and the driver MUST be in control of the car and AWARE of his/her surroundings at ALL times. Not have a SCREAMING YELLING argument with the passenger with your eyes NOT on the road. Running a red light and causing a death is called Vehicular Manslaughter. This means that it can be punished by at least 12 months imprisonment, fines and probation, among other sentences. The base sentence for involuntary manslaughter under federal sentencing guidelines is a 10 to 16 month prison sentence, which increases if the crime was committed through an act of reckless conduct. Vehicular ManslaughterThe crime of causing the death of a human being due to illegal driving of an automobile, including gross negligence, reckless driving or speeding. Vehicular manslaughter can be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony depending on the circumstances. Gross negligence or driving miles over the speed limit might be charged as a misdemeanor, but drunk driving resulting in a fatality is most likely treated as a felony. Death of a passenger, including a loved one or friend, can be vehicular manslaughter if due to illegal driving. |

After yesterday's epi I kept trying to think of something because Michael was so mad at her and Paul was so aggressive with her ...... so to us SOAP fans, it does not look good for LILY ............... BUT then you never know!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
