Poor Trev - Both teams are down to four chefs each, as the competition continues to heat up. The dining room gets an Italian transformation for this season's blind taste test. HK then closes its doors to the public for a special charity dinner service, honoring supporters of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Waterkeeper Alliance, with a new Italian menu.
Enjoy the show!

The blind taste test is always a favorite episode. Trev was right-- Ramsey lost respect for him when his palate was revealed to be non-existent. Clearly Ramsey feels the palate is important for his head chef.
That said, this episode the blind taste test seemed harder than usual with the flavors in the form of gelato. They lost the ability to smell or determine anything by texture...

Trev was so tragic this episode, he should've just packed up and left.

I wish they would stop harassing him - and yes, I wish him and Brett would go home.

I love the blind tasting episode. And wow, does Trev stink at it. I do wish he had gone home instead of Jose. But ugh, all that raw veal was nauseating!
