Well, I don't east pasta at all and I'm not big on bulgur or barley. Sardines and edamame? *gag* Other than that, I eat pretty much everything else on that list, some of them multiple times a week.
I eat avocados, sweet potatoes, eggs, kale, broccoli and oatmeal ALL the time and the rest of the list at least monthly.

It doesn't explain that some of those foods *must* be organic or they are likely to have screamingly high levels of glyphosate. Like oatmeal, beans and lentils.
The most important point, really, is that the food not be processed. Thinking in terms of individual ingredients does help with that.

I have no idea what bulgar is but I do eat a lot of the things on this list at least monthly.
