Battle of the Wellingtons - The remaining six chefs are tasked with creating a steamed dish for their Quickfire Challenge; the chefs are put in teams of two and must create not one, not two, but three different Wellingtons to serve 20 diners, along with Padma, Tom and Gail.
New episodes air Thursday nights on Bravo, and are available to stream on Peacock the next day.
A new Last Chance Kitchen drops on YouTube and at BravoTV.com, after the new episode airs.
Enjoy the show!

Ugh. The team I was pulling for went home. I've never had beef Wellington, but have now learned there is a difference between phyllo dough and puff pastry. That lamb welly sounded delicious...if only it had a longer time in the oven.

Random thoughts...
That Andrew Wang guy is kinda hot.
The steamed food they had to make for the QuickFire was good but the water rationing added an extra wrinkle. Thank goodness Sara took charge and rationed out the water because Tom probably would have taken half of it, lol. I loved Gabri getting praise for his steamed food even though Buddha ended up winning the QuickFire.
3 different Wellingtons three ways? Wow. A group challenge plus double elimination is harsh because some of these contestants don’t know how to play properly in a group and take more than their share of resources, etc. It’s one thing to go out on your own; something quite different about going out for a group challenge you might not have had the opportunity to have input in, and I immediately felt bad for everyone.
Raw Lamb? *shocked* I have to admit the Date and Black Garlic puree sounded really good though, and thankfully everyone’s dessert Wellington went over well. Yay for the two winners winning what was a hard Main Heat. The judges had a difficult decision to make among the two lower scoring teams; how do you decide between a Wellington that was delicious and exciting to eat but was almost raw over a Wellington that was cooked perfectly but didn’t taste as exciting?
Even though I understand why the judges voted the way they did I was really upset over who went home. The only dog I have left in this hunt is Gabri.
