Freedom - For the first time, the final seven designers are given the freedom to design whatever they want; on the grand outdoor runway of Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms State Park, their daring "freedom looks" will be unveiled, rain or shine.
New episodes air each Thursday night on Bravo, and are available for streaming the next day on Peacock.
Enjoy the show!

Whoever came up with the idea of an outdoor fashion show, in the dark, in the rain!!?
You could not see the glorious aspects of nature in the dark and you could not see the glorious details of the (already dark) clothing in the dark. Zero for two! The rain was just icing on the cake.
I agreed with the judges' assessment of all the outfits. I am thinking that Bishme might have taken an outstanding lead in the contest if they told him earlier to drop the big shoulders; not sure why Prajje didn't get the message in that he did exactly that for his entry.

I agree with you on the setting. I was like - you can’t see the detail, you can barely see anything really, what is the point of this?
I disagree with the judges on Bishme - his model look like she was wearing pantyhose while dragging bunched up satin bed skirts around her ankles. The top part was nice. I also disagreed with their judgment on Prajje’s - his I liked. The other judgments I largely agreed with. I liked Rami’s but not really the silver fabric. Kara Saun’s was just a mess and rightly led to her going home.

As soon as they said “rain or shine,” I knew that production had looked at the weather report and were expecting a downpour. I’m always surprised that the designers don’t seem to pick up on these subtexts. You’d think they’d be onto things by now.
I thought Bishme’s look was fabulous. I would have been surprised if he didn’t win. Something strange was happening with Prajje’s fabrics in that light. From one direction, they matched perfectly, but from the other direction, one of the fabrics looked very gray compared to the other. So weird!

I felt bad for the models, having to strut in the pouring rain. Of course, Mimi made the most of it! LOL
I was worried about Rami a bit, because even though it was pretty, I was not sure it was enough. It seemed kinda safe, and the one fabric was gorgeous while the other was just okay.
Bishme's was cool, especially the upper parts. I even liked Laurance's look, though I wasn't sure I would when she said a panty on the outside!
Prajje's skirt was interesting, and looked good outside. The top was pretty bad, though. I liked that it didn't look the same as his previous things, and the green didn't bother me.
KaraSaun went all in on her look, even when Christian questioned her at Mood and in the workroom, over and over. She was sticking to her guns, so for that I give her credit, but not so much for the overall look.
Korto's attitude was especially bad this time. It looks like next episode, it continues to be bad. She definitely has a point though, when judges say one thing but then judge according to another set of values. This time, she says they tell you to "be yourself" but then during judging ask you to be something else. I just wish they'd show more of Korto not being so crabby.
I thought for sure someone would say Brittany's look was very similar to Prajje's school outfit, and I wish they would've asked her about it. It was SO similar. At first, I thought he was being fussy, but the more she did, the more it looked like his! Surely he didn't create the criss-cross top, but that was almost exactly like Prajje's with the color and cut!

I didn't see that Prajje had a real gripe with Brittany....that is a common enough design. However, I though that the see through of Bishme's dress was similar to what Laurence and her partner did on the "royalty" challenge..or his ruffles similar to what Ann did.
I do also agree that Korto continues to be a grump with complaints about everything. I also find myself annoyed with her many references to herself as royalty.

The runway outside in the park was a major fail - at least for the way it translated to us watching. Maybe in person it was better? But I have to think they didn’t really plan on having it in the dark did they??

I wondered why the judges had sunglasses on and then had to take them off to see the outfits. Were the klieg lights so bright the glasses were necessary....although they didn't seem to give enough light for us to see the clothes clearly.
Once they got the rain forecast, why didn't they get tents? They said they had at least one when Christian gathered the models together to get out of the rain while they were waiting.
Massive fail.....although I thought the school setting was totally unnecessary....this "field trip" was worse.

Ugh! That was so frustrating; you couldn't see a thing. I think they had sunglasses because of the bright stage lights that were aimed at them. Looked totally miserable. Mimi, once again just slayed. I guess they couldn't get a permit to film during the day? I don't know how they thought this would be a good idea.
I kinda loved them all. Even Kara's. Loved Korto's and thought that they would ding Rami's for not pushing it, but happy they liked it. I am not a fan of athleisure so I can appreciate Brittany's looks, but man, I don't really like them.

With just 6 people left, I thought at the start that Kayne would win. With him gone and the odds much smaller, I think Rami, Bishme and Laurence will be the 3 finalists....Anybody else have an opinion...both at the start and now??

I don’t see Laurence in the finals. I think she’s still too “above it” in her attitude and that will get her ousted. And also her (overuse?) of leather is limiting.
I think Bishme is probably a lock. I can see Prajje getting through. I don’t think Korto will be a finalist.
The other two are a toss-up. I think Brittany may be a dark horse and Rami might get dinged for being too classical. I’d prefer Rami myself.

My money is on Bishme to win. I say Brittney will be second.

A fashion show outside at night sounds great in theory but with the rain and wind turned out to be not a great idea. It also wasn't cool how the judges were covered while the contestants were out in the elements. Love Kara Saun, but she was doing a little bit too much with her outfit, and Christian even warned her to dial it back a notch. I have to admit, she was gracious to the very end.
I also cried when Laurent told her story; it explains to much about her personality and why she's so succinct in manner. I love my leather queen and envy her ability to cut a skirt that is formfitting, yet walkable, and that top was awesome. At first I thought Prajjie was overstating how much Brittany's look was like something he did in a previous challenge, but the more she did the more I saw the resemblance. I chalked it up as one of the more unpleasant aspects of so many creative people working in close quarters; no one means to copy, but you kinda rub off on each other? I'm not sure of how to describe it. Either way, it was very well made. The dark setting did Korto's outfit no favors; while I kinda liked it, a lot of the details were lost. I don't mind Grouchy Korto because 9 times out of ten she's saying what we're all thinking; the judges do tend to be inconsistent and I can imagine it's frustrating. They'll ding a designer for making similar looks one week, while giving another designer a pass for the same thing (there's a really good reason why The Drape King is staying far away from draped looks). On the other hand, Prajjie's outfit had the opposite effect as the rain seemed to make his outfit shimmer. Rami made a deceptively simple looking dress that was quite elegant, I liked it. And Bishme's look was super cute.
I was quite okay with the top and bottom three, and glad Bishme got top honors. I have no idea who is going to be the final 3 because everyone left is really, really incredibly good; it's literally anyone's game. At this point, one misstep can send you home; I remember how close Bishme was to going home in the first episode, and look how well he's doing now. And Victor was sent home the week after he won.

I finally saw the episode (I had company last week). I agreed that Kara Saun should have gone home, but I was sort of torn between Bishme and Rami for the win. Bishme's look was hip and cool but Rami's was timelessly elegant and really well made. Not that Bishme's wasn't, but I would have liked it better if he did something that looked less like a granny panty under the sheer skirt. Still, I wasn't unhappy that he won.
ITA that the idea of a nighttime shoot, sans the rain, might have looked cool in person, but it did not translate well on the screen. It was too hard to see what the clothes looked like walking. Oh, and I was stunned that Rami got Mimi on the third or fourth pick. I would have thought they'd all be fighting over her. If she isn't in the collection of one the designers who makes it to fashion show week, I will be so disappointed. I loved how she flipped that umbrella off over her shoulder on her turn, like she was daring the rain to ruin her moment. She's just all kinds of fun to watch.

Yes!!! Yes to what you said about Mimi! I was shocked she wasn't picked first. Perfectly said.
