Take It Cheesy - The chefs must make a dish featuring Door County cherries and a mystery ingredient; for the Elimination Challenge, the chefs put on a Cheese Festival where each chef will be responsible for creating a dish featuring one of 13 different cheeses. Episodes air on Bravo, then next day on Peacock. Episodes of Last Chance Kitchen air after each episode on BravoTV.com. Enjoy the show!

I liked the Door County Cherry challenge! Everyone did different things, and many of them seemed like they'd be delicious. I felt bad for Dan falling in the kitchen! He says he falls enough on his own. The Cheese Fest was a little disappointing, because half of them made the same things. I was happy to see my favorite Wisconsin cheese made it onto the show!!! (Widmer's Brick) Too bad it was one of the many croquettes, and likely got lost in the crowd. It's a great melty cheese. I didn't catch where the barn was, but it was a pretty location despite the heat and bees! It looked like tough cooking conditions for sure. The bottom three definitely didn't have a lot of luck that day, but I thought the poutine would've been the one eliminated. At least the crab salad did something more with the cheese than just top it with gravy, but it must have just not tasted good. It was a good thought, though!

And then to add insult to injury, the woman who spilled (Laura?) says something like, well the floor was already a big mess….instead of just apologizing right off the bat and CLEANING UP HER SPILL!

Hooray for the return of Carla Hall! She makes anything she appears in lighter and brighter.
