I had quite a bit of the Egg Roll in a Bowl leftover so we had it with noodles this time instead of the rice from the night before. I used some GF ramen from Costco. Thank goodness for bulk purchasing!

That almost sounds like a wok cook. Are you going to throw everything in a pan and toss?

That almost sounds like a wok cook. Are you going to throw everything in a pan and toss? Yup, sauted with garlic, it's very quick and very easy..

Take out for the first time in about a month. Wood fired pizza that we've been dreaming about all this time! The pizza had artichoke hearts, white sauce, chicken and a small amount of bacon bits topped with tomato slices. Every pizza they make is delicious and this one was no exception. We also got a growler of dry Irish stout from an Oregon brewery.
I'd like to add that there was a great effort by everyone there to keep things sanitary.

I'm grilling steaks and having potatoes and a veggie. It is so nice here in Oklahoma today, 90 degrees. BUT the weather is changing tomorrow and back to cooler /colder temps. Yep that's Oklahoma for you.

Thank the west coast for that....sorry, cold here in SoCal today - lots of wind last night - heading your way.
I'm going to try to cut a large frozen pizza in half while it is still frozen so I can preserve some of it in frozen state in the carton. Yes, another whoopsie in my home delivery experience since the virus. Substitutions have been whimsical at best.

I have a friend who has cancer so I make him cherry pies. I made him one today and took it to him. I didn't go in just dropped it off at the door. On the way home I stopped by the BBQ place and got that for dinner. We have a food trailer that parks on the weekend here and they have the best BBQ.

We are going to have ham, potatoes and a vegetable. I bought a small amount of ham the last time I shopped almost 2 weeks ago and have it hiding in the refrigerator. I think my husband will like a change from the usual stuff we eat!

Meat Loaf made out of Elk Meat. I have some canned Sliced New Potatoes in the cupboard, and attempted to use them. I drained them & arranged them around the meat loaf & sprinkled them with onion salt & garlic salt. These potatoes really came out great. Tasted just like I peeled & sliced them myself, only much quicker & easier. And shelf stable too. I didn't have any tomato sauce, so made my own. I had a can of diced tomatoes & put them in a blender cup & blended away. Once again, came out great. A little thin. Next time I'll pour off some of the liquid first.
