I thought that was the best finale ever! Both ladies played a great game (but very different games) and both could have won this season. The questions from the jury were very good and their answers were good and then those final speeches both had such passion for the game but I though Paras was more genuine and Kaela calling them babies was not good. I just wish there was not so much yelling! That was just strange.
I avoided spoilers all day (and it was so hard not to look) and was on the edge of my seat during the whole episode. I was rooting for Paras all season. Kaela's attitude all season really turned me off. Paras at times frustrated me but I liked her and Maddy. When Paras won those final comps I was cheering and so happy for her. But I when she took Kaela I did not think she could beat her in the final jury vote. Then as she was answering their questions so well and Kaela was doing so badly I could see the jury changing. Then when the jury were voting and their comments I knew she was going to win 6-1!
All in all I found it to be a great season for feed watchers. Yes there were times that we were blocked far too long but the feeds we did get were very good. The edited TV show was not so great because of all the sponsor segments (Wendy's and Hasbro) took up so much time each week. They also didn't show all the game strategy and game talk that was happening on the feeds and filled the TV show with fluff pieces or tasks (which we did not get to see on the feeds). As always BBCan's competitions are far superior than the US version and they looked so good on TV. I did find that we had too many question comps this year. I loved the design of the house and how they incorporated the pattern on the living room floor into that maze comp was amazing and shows us that the comps are planned long before the houseguests enter the house.
I loved the season and hope that BBCan is renewed for another season!
(I love every minute of every season no matter how bad or boring it gets sometimes...I think I am obsessed LOL)
Now on to BB20!

I was happy that Paras won over Kaela. Susan I agree with you about Kaela's attitude. However, I wouldn't have been terribly disappointed if Kaela had won. I liked having two women in the finals who both played the game hard, although in completely different ways. Johnny was the one I was rooting for for most of the season though.  Also agree that the feeds were fantastic but the show was meh. It often looked like the editors weren't watching the same feeds that I was because I have no idea what some of the storylines they were trying to force on us were. Oh well. All in all a good season. I wish BB US would take a lesson on competitions from BB Can. They're always spectacular. And I'm still freaked out over how much Kaela looks like Pili. |

I agree both woman played a great game. I was rooting for Johnny too. I actually liked most of the hgs.
