Sorry if I'm out of line for starting the thread, but no one's here!
Oof, slide puzzle. I'm out. Can I have some peanut butter?

^ I agree, I would be terrible at the slide puzzle!!
At first it was kind of funny how Michele kept missing the ball, but at the end I felt bad for her. She got creamed in that challenge.
Of course, Nick wins, who was their pick for the blindside this week. So, Jeremy better look out after all.

Ahh, I hate this betrayal of Jeremy! They want to keep BEN (!) and then tell Ben how Jeremy's trying to get him out. Tony's annoying me.
Nick's the one they're worried about flip-flopping, though he says he will vote off Jeremy to Tony's group, he is telling Michele and Jeremy he's with them. Snake.

Wow, Natalie continues to dominate on EoE. She gets to sell a disadvantage to someone in the game to give another player.
Sad to see Jeremy go, and Nick's just stupid, as Michele tells him. Natalie tries to sell the disadvantage to Nick, who doesn't have enough tokens and now has to go to Michele and borrow some.

Ha! Michele won immunity, and she was next one on their list! WHY they don't target Tony is beyond me.....

Does anyone have tokens? Can the pool then o buy food?

I didn't understand how the tokens benefited the people still in the game, at the end. When they said today was the last time to use them, I wondered, use them how??
Obviously tokens come in handy on EoE, but they're forced to give them up when they're voted out, so the person out on EoE longest has the most opportunities to gather more, and she does! Natalie has the most, she buys all kinds of stuff and even has extra to buy Tyson an idol in case he gets back in the game. There's a lot of skepticism about this token system, and its fairness; people are talking about how Natalie being voted off first got the most tokens. Nick, who just got voted off, has no chance to earn any.
I just didn't find them that compelling of a twist in the game. Most of the time, I was indifferent about them.
The extra long recap at the end of the episode was pretty controversial, too. I liked seeing the editing, myself.

They are going to hand this game to Tony if they aren't careful. Rooting for Nat to get back in and take it all.

Natalie tries to sell the disadvantage to Nick, who doesn't have enough tokens and now has to go to Michele and borrow some. Yeah. Nick totally deserved to go! What a dumb move to take Jeremy out and leave Denise in the game. Once Michelle won immunity, he was toast, and he didn't seem to have a clue. Why he thought the others would keep him when they're clearly so tight is beyond me (though they would have been smart to take him, since there's no way he'd win). I don't know why Sarah's wasn't open to getting rid of Tony. Michelle was speaking truth when she said that optics are everything, and Tony would beat Sarah. She's going to have to turn on him eventually if she wants to win, and she won't have many more chances. And she's really gullible if she thinks that Tony won't blindside her again. I know she has this idea that she wants to go to the end with all "strong" players, but that's not how you win the game. I suppose she's played a good enough social game that she could win based on that, but I really don't see anyone beating Tony if he's there at the end. And other than picking the right alliance, I don't see Ben as having done anything special. I'd give it to Michelle over him. She's managed to stay in the game till the end while playing as an underdog for most of the game.

I think , whomever comes back from EoE, gets rid of Tony. Natalie has a heck of a resume, and is well thought of by the jury. EoE players have lots to think about, I'm sure they'd like one of them to win it all. Michelle is okay, Denise has played more strategically. I'd still like Tony to win, I just don't think it's in the cards. Ben, he should go next.

Doesn’t Tony still have an idol? I think he does He does, does Ben? I thought all idols were void if they were sent to EoE, they seem to think they are still in play.

Those are the ones they bought the last time they fought to get back in the game. I guess since they bought them as EOE players they were allowed to keep them. The ones they got in the game were returned to the game, like we saw when Sophie left with one and they were looking for it the next morning. I think they should have kept Nick over Denise but we'll see how it plays out.

I cannot believe Nick voted out Jeremy. That was one of the worst moves I've seen all season. They literally planned on voting out Nick before he won immunity. He votes out Jeremy which caused him and Michele to lose a number and then Nick gets voted out RIGHT after Jeremy lol.
It was really nice to see Michele win immunity. Shes been on the bottom so much this season but some way some how has managed to make it to the Finale. I don't think she will win this season but I have enjoyed watching her so much more this season than I did on Koah Rong.
Tony Tony Tony. How anyone could not be rooting for this guy to win is beyond me. He lost both immunity challenges last night has an idol and his name wasnt even considered to be a target for either vote out. He is now in the Finale of Winners at War with an idol and not a single vote cast against him.
Im hoping since we got the long preview at the end of the episode we can just skip the recap next week and go right down to business. The good news is after the EOE challenge happens we wont get anymore EOE content because the jury will finally be sent to Ponderosa. Natalie is really the only person I am interested in seeing return from EOE i dont care to see anyone else but her.
I really hope Tony wins this season though he truly deserves it. And if he does he is the greatest player of all time even greater than Sandra.

I'm rooting for Tony to win too, which surprises me! I have lot more favorites I would have chosen before the season began that I'd root for before him. That's not to say I didn't want him to win, or that I disliked him, however, at this point in the game, I am rooting for him.

As far as Denise goes, I think she played well pre-merge but she seems pretty checked out at this point. Im not fully convinced that was just an act on her part. It felt like she was ready to just give up, which is disappointing.

I think the coins have been used, other than for extortion, to buy things like more rice, tarps, etc. It really hasn't played a huge part of the game and I was hoping for more. The powers that be need to think about the coin idea more. (what if you could buy an idol? I have kind of liked the using it to penalize someone. How about buying an extra vote? I think there is more that can happen here.)
I was sad to see Jeremy go to EoE, was so ready for Ben to go. I am pulling for Tony only because he has played a decent game and has managed to keep the target off of himself. Pretty slick.

Natalie is a beast! Man! She is hot stuff on that island and can do anything. I'm pulling for her.
And I agree Mal, Denise seems like she has checked out. Which stinks because I really liked her as a player.

ITA with everyone that Tony seems most likely to win. I am (surprisely) totally rooting for him and he makes me laugh! I am very upset that someone can return from EOE this late in the game. There are a few people I want to return IF someone has to, but mostly I wish no one could. I feel the fire token thing was lame. It didn't pan out right or something. Just very boring.

I agree with everyone saying Nick made a big mistake. I’ve actually enjoyed Fire Tokens; my final verdict on that will be based on next week though. It will be interesting to see Natalie holding on the tokens until to final re-entry vs Pavarti who used hers throughout and seeing if either of those pans out. Or Tyson’s combined strategy of the peanut butter and being a good friend on the Edge and where that leads. So many components; which make it more interesting to me.

It will be very interesting to see how they will wrap up this mess in two hours next week. Will their be a final 3 or 4? I can see them doing it.
I kinda hope Natalie gets back in as she has been able to disrupt the game at least twice or more from "The Edge", she is still a physical threat and had Immunity Idols and advantages. She could blow this game wide open. That would be so fun.
I kinda hope that happens as it would be so funny to see Tony and Ben cry about it.

I know he had a difficult time coping with life the season he won, and we quite liked him. I think it's probably the edit, they give everyone an edit, and they are usually different at Ponderosa. I can just imagine, how much the jury want to shower and eat at Ponderosa, heaven!
