I don't know about anti-aging in particular, but eating a lot of non-processed food like fruits, vegetables, lean meats and fish helps, as keeping fried food to a minimum or "treat" meal. Drinking lots of water is also good for the skin, which can help with looking older.

Shoot for the rainbow... purple grapes, beets, blueberries, kale and broccoli, oranges, carrots, sweet potatoes, strawberries, yellow peppers.
