Anyone else watching this show on Hulu. The 1st 3 episodes are available. It is all about how Purdue Pharma got people addicted to OxyContin. Michael Keaton stars & he is always worth watching.

I'm up to episode 3 and already screaming at the TV. I'm always in pain and now I'm sick watching this.
I can only use Tylenol because of failing kidneys, but oh, to feel free of pain. sigh

I have to say that this show is so real & so devastating that it is almost unbearable. And the performances just keep getting deeper & better. Great stuff on so many levels.

I knew the doctor (Michael Keaton) was scamming when he invited the naive sales rep to visit him in rehab. Thank goodness the sales rep is waking up. And how devastating for the daughter from the poor family to steal all the heirloom jewelry. Her parents have tried with her - but I say give up.
Can't wait to see how the Feds finally take Perdue down!

When she told her dealer, "I'm going to a clinic tomorrow, so hit me up hard as a farewell" (or something similar) and then the police notification unit showed up at her parent's home...oh my. The woman playing her mother lit out a wail that could be heard in the old country.
This has been a powerful message story as well as a frustration story trying to weed out all the skunks and weasels legally. I don't know how the prosecutors have the patience to work a case for years and years and listen to all the bull.

There have been so many great performances on this show, but with all the brutal honesty it has been difficult to watch. The reckoning is still being felt out here in society.

It's over? I mean, nice wrap-up all the way to the present, though. I loved the gallery be-in and all the tearing down of the Sackler name. I'm also glad they showed a positive ending for a young girl delivered by the doctor after the horrific ending of another young girl.
Great acting all around!!!!!!

We are just starting DOPESICK.
I think we are 4 episodes in.
OMG. This is beyond HORRIBLE. What drugs do to people, yikes.
And the LIES from Pharma saying it is not addicting and easy enough to stop taking with no withdrawals.
OMG. Pathetic and disturbing.
The acting is awesome.
