Well that was an episode that required a lot of fast forwarding! I was sorry that Anna and Zaydan didn't win. I didn't care for the winning look, although at least Chastity was the winner over Rajje. I didn't appreciate the drama between Aaron and Bones, but I didn't mind their creation. Just looking forward to the most diva-ish of the cast leaving ASAP.
I hated the winning look. The top looked like a carpet. Of course, maybe things look different on the runway than on TV, but to me the painted skirt was the star of that outfit...but since it was a fur show, she who did the fur work was the winner *sigh*
Loved Billy Porter as a judge....he should be a regular cuz the man does love his fashion.
Wow, I was shocked at how nasty Aaron could be. He had attitude about Bones from the jump. And getting nasty and blah blahing about it to another cast member. Bad behavior.
I loved the looks, even the pink...emmmm..."cocoon" I thought it was very cheeky, but can see why the judges didn't like it. Absolutely loved the winning look and I am such a fan of Mimi's. I started following her on Insta because I just can't get enough of her.
Oh...I didn't watch it until the very end so Christian used the SAVE??? That is great because the gal with immunity was the one who should have gone home. I actually did like the losing look...thought the checkerboard coat was extraordinary.
I agree Aaron was not nice....but maybe Bones got some of his own attitude back??
I didn't mind the Game of Thrones look, and actually sided with Bones during that whole time. During work time, Aaron took over during and wouldn't listen, then when his idea didn't work, he lashed out at Bones. His attitude during argument that was soooo unattractive, high and mighty, rude, something. I agreed with Bones that HIS swearing was taken worse than Aaron's anger and language, and it sure might be because he's a black man. In the morning, Bones' comment about Aaron trying to talk about something innocuous as the 1st thing he says after the night before, cracked me up. I applaud him for his assertiveness, and doing it in a way that didn't set Aaron off again. At least Aaron eventually apologized, and they did use the sticks! ha! I liked the way that dress flowed.
The winning look was just okay to me. That umbrella fold look skirt is not really avantgarde to me, we've seen it so many times in this series and it's just not that "out there" to me. Painting the skirt? Mmm, it was okay.
The patchwork coat and quilted insides was at least interesting, a lot of work, and well done. I wished the coat wouldn't have been attached. I'm glad she got the Siriano Save! Kristina didn't seem to have a lot to do with that look, and let her partner just decide everything since Kristina had immunity. I didn't think Kristina deserved to go home any more than her partner did.
The strappy look with the cage headgear was just okay too. They were lucky to have Christian's input, and wise enough to take it, otherwise that look would have just been so boring and not avantgarde at all. It was prettier before they messed with it, but not good for this challenge.
The leopard puffy outfit was horrible! Someone on that team should've been the one booted. It was a mess, and was from the start. The balloon skirt might have been better (but not much), so maybe if they'd stuck with that it would have at least been a "look" instead of a mess. It was soooo bad, and so was the head piece.
