Hometown boy and I think I grew up with his family. I grew up around the corner from a family of Capeners. I tried to find him on one of their facebooks and he wasn't there. Gonna watch him close.

I haven't heard him obsess with the Cookout or POC in this years cast except that one time.
I think we'll have to wait until the Alyssa obsession subsides; but, no he does not deserve to be dragged on the internet.

I dont' know if he realizes all the implications of what he says when he talks about being afraid of a Cookout 2.0 forming. I don't think "optics" is in his vocbulary. It would seem he's led an insulated life and he's definitely immature for his age (!). He's in for a reality smack when he gets out of the house...

Yes. I don't think he's trying to make it segregated out of racism but instead out of fear of another cookout alliance forming again. I do think that being Mormon has probably sheltered him from different cultures and that it's just how he has been raised (not an excuse)... But I also don't think it's malicious or hateful. I think the KKK part has really gone too far though.

I don't think he deserves it. I think he is just naive to how what he said sounded. Then again, this is the internet. Lots of keyboard warriors hiding behind screens pointing fingers at others so the world doesn't see what they have in their closet.

I don't think it's deserved. It's the first year after the Cookout. He should at least be wondering if it's happening again. They all should have considered it. I mean, it seems stupid to think it this year with the way they've all been dragging on Taylor, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't at least think about it. Plus, imo, he really sounds more like a teenager than a 30 year old. I don't think he means it to sound the way it's coming across. I don't have the feeds, but other than wondering about the supposed alliance has he exhibited any other racist behavior?
