I pretty much knew the person who got "astringent" would be going home. Kudos for that person managing to make something delicious anyway; they went out on a good note.

I have to say it was really thoughtful and kind of Tom to have the person who wasn't picked for a group help judge instead. You could tell she felt kinda bad at being excluded (we're all human, I know I would have felt a certain way too) and to see their look of surprise and smile after Tom said that was really nice.

Agreed! And loved how she pronounced 'signature.'
Ugh. I think it's going to be Charbel. I mean, if you can't find the chilies, don't make harissa.

I think it's going to be Charbel as well. Which good for him, he's earned it but all of my faves sans Gabri are gone now.

I'm hoping it's Sarah too...but that harissa worries me. Really not interested in an all-male show. Plus, I love Sarah's pov, I would have loved to have that burned cabbage dish.
