Now that the endless auditions are over I can watch. Did this girl just quit after taking a spot during Hollywood week??

There are so many good singers! I can't decide which one I like, because more good ones keep coming.
Iam was wonderful, Trey was great, I like Colin, Lucy, We' too!
Duets tomorrow night -- can't wait! There will surely be some drama.

The young woman who started the show and the young men who ended it were both fabulous and many others in between. Lots of these kids must have worked very hard prior to Hollywood week because I saw huge improvements.
How did I miss the vote for the 4th platinum ticket? Can anybody tell me when that was announced?
I guess the mother of three got all this out of her system and did finally go home in spite of what the judges said to her.

Last night was wonderful and I can’t wait for duets tonight. Remember Fritz and Leah’s duet last year? I had to go revisit that on YouTube. ❤️

Tonight: Hollywood Week continues as contestants form dynamic duos and hit the Hollywood stage for the Duets Challenge. Platinum Ticket winners handpick their duet partners and rejoin the competition in hopes of making it through to the next round.

Aww, the trio (only group with three) was not that great, but they were all sent through because of their kindness towards Adin, who's autistic and struggled with finding a partner. He was last, without anyone, and the two girls gladly took him into their group. It was so sweet. Unfortunately, their performance was very underwhelming, but they were rewarded with a pass through to the next round. I have no problem with that.
The girl who stayed up while her partner (Nutsa?) went to bed, and really had a hard time with the process, did a great job, but was sent home. Nutsa got to go through, and was told by Katy to have more grace. I really felt for that other girl (sorry, can't remember her name), because she was really GOOD.

Last night was kind of a mess. People quitting, mediocre performances that the judges pushed through anyway...next week will be interesting.

Well that was a waste of two hours I could have been sleeping. They only showed 2 or 3 good performances and the rest was pandering to Hollywood Week DRAMA!!! 🙄 I spoiled the top 24 before the season started and some of them are really getting short shrift which hurts their chances once voting starts.

I totally agree. They could have shown us many more duets and cut the drama in half. The first performance was great. I think back to Lucy's audition, I remember that she was not good in her first song, but they had her tone down the cuteness and sing again. While that was better, I don't remember her being as fabulous as her two performances this week.
The two girls who followed had way too much time spent on basically a boring story line. I was amazed that they came out to perform in outfits that ran the spectrum from a rat chewed jacket rag bag to walking the Paris runway. I was sorry too that they put one of them through.
The Platinum card holders did show off their talent...except for that last young man who I did not think deserved the ticket when he got it and showed that last night.
