To all JUSTIFIED fans .... Raylan is BACK!!!!
Justified: City Primeval
The series is on FX and premiers on Tuesday, July 18th @10pm
"Having left the hollers of Kentucky 15 years ago, Raylan Givens now lives in Miami, a walking anachronism balancing his life as a U.S. Marshal and part-time father of a 15-year-old girl.
His hair is grayer, his hat is dirtier, and the road in front of him is suddenly a lot shorter than the road behind.
A chance encounter on a desolate Florida highway sends him to Detroit.
There he crosses paths with Clement Mansell, aka The Oklahoma Wildman, a violent, sociopathic desperado who's already slipped through the fingers of Detroit's finest once and aims to do so again.
Mansell's attorney, formidable Motor City native Carolyn Wilder, has every intention of representing her client, even as she finds herself caught between cop and criminal, with her own game afoot as well.
These three characters set out on a collision course in classic Elmore Leonard fashion, to see who makes it out of the City Primeval alive."

I never did watch the original series - and don't have Hulu to access it - but this looks really good. I love Timothy Olyphant.

Hulu, besides originals, also streams ABC and FX. I watched the Imagine Dragons concert last night and GMA Satuday right now.

So I've read mixed reviews - mostly people saying this doesn't have the charm and wit of the original - but overall I liked the first two episodes enough to continue watching. My only gripes - I'm not buying the budding romance, and the villain is just a bit over the top cartoonish.

The villain is quite strange always running around in his underpants. Nice setup for several interesting storylines with Carolyn, Sweetie, the girlfriend, and local law enforcement all set against the Detroit backdrop. Seems like the producers plan to dig in and really tell a story. The budding romance is rather cute🙂

God, if any show needed a multi-season reboot, it's Justified. I need more Timothy Olyphantastic! Just that little taste of Boyd at the end made me want more!
I think TO's daughter was adorable as Willa. Maybe she got the job because he's her dad, but I think she did a nice job.
