Only rumor I am aware of is that teams are expected to travel to Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Barbados, and the Dominican Republic before finishing in Philadelphia. Phil has mentioned Mexico and Caribbean in a recent Parade article, so it looks like warm weather attire is expected.
