OMG! Me too! Absolutely steamy!!! Finally, Colin is single and he and Daisy choose each other. Another reason I love Daisy.
Chase - is that his name? Has to chill. So annoying. He's the type of guy who complains about 'wokeness' and how he can't tell jokes anymore because people get offended. Meanwhile, he's truly unfunny and gross. He's trying way too hard. But I can't wait until Alex realizes that this bozo would never be 'livid' because he totally wants male approval and that Gary set them up to fight.
Anyway...squee! Colin and Daisy. I can't wait until Gary finds out.

Ok, those guests on the last episode were a nightmare. How do you leave a room like that and still look people in the eye? I felt so bad for Lucy.
Gary is an absolute mess, and it was nice to see him be caught trying to create his own false narrative. The way he was trying to put a wedge between Colin and Daisy was just so horrible.

This reunion is cray cray. Lots of past stuff between Colin and Daisy...and it sure turned nasty! They really went in hard on Daisy, imo. Enough was enough. I really felt bad for her and hated out Colin kept referring to her as "That woman!" I definitely think of Colin differently now. I'm sad for all three of them and their friendship that they all had. Next season is going to be very awkward.

I really have a soft spot for Daisy. It infuriates me that she got most of the blame while Gary, who did everything he could to get in between her and Colin, went Scott-free. And Glen said Daisy should have done more to push Gary away, which smacks of the 'boys will be boys' mentality that I can't stand. I used to like Glen, but this season I saw how he sees certain work as strictly for women and how he enables Gary to do whatever he pleases, puts him in the trash bin for me.

It was really hard to watch. I posted that mid-show and by the end I was pretty disgusted with Glenn, Colin and Gary....there was definitely this boys mentality sticking together and putting most of the blame on Daisy. I feel awful for her. Honestly, I thought Gary cared more about her as a person than this. She ended things saying that she loves them both and is sad about the whole situation but it seems like they were just ready to wipe their hands clean of her. I'm very disappointed as I like all four of them together so much. However, Chase and his dog was the best thing about the reunion And I did really enjoy the rest of the cast together. I hope they come back. And I hope Colin doesn't. I can't believe I said that...as he used to be my favorite  I hope Daisy is ok. |

Chase and Alex really made the reunion. Alex's reactions were perfect and Chase, what a gem! We didn't really see that side of him on the show. Total boys club and I hate to see it. Colin seems really cruel.

I'm really excited for the Project Runway and Below Deck crossover! Although, not sure if I want to see Gary this soon after all he pulled....

Wow, wow, wow. Who watched Below Deck Down Under this week? I just got caught up last night and just wow! So many props to Aesha for trusting her gut and intuition and realizing how bad the situation could get from helping Margot out of the van to protecting her in her bed. It still didn't stop a naked extremely drunk Luke from entering her room without consent and getting in bed with a totally passed out Margot. Holy moly. Great job to production too for being vigilant and forcing Luke to leave the room. And a round of applause to Captain Jason as well for having zero tolerance and booting him off the boat right away so that Laura (and everyone else) could feel safe.
It was kind of crazy watching it happen but I'm super impressed with how it was handled. Especially by Aesha who saw the signs and acted on them.

I did. I've always loved Aesha, and now I really admire her. She knew and trusted her gut about Luke. I cried watching it play out. He was naked for chrissakes and took advantage of the lights going out; what an absolute predator. Everything was handled perfectly and really liked how the rest of the deck crew understood how wrong that was, I loved seeing them angry. Happy to see Lara leave as well.
It made me so happy to see evidence that we have come a long way from when I was that age.

I generally don't watch this show but I heard about the two incidents from another source and thank goodness for Aesha, that producer who intervened, and Captain Jack for firing both of those predators. Luke had every intention of raping that girl and Laura was no better to Adam; "No" is a complete sentence, not an invitation to continue to grab someone and climb in their bed! If drinking alcohol makes you want to take advantage of vulnerable people maybe you shouldn't drink.

I just saw that Tumi is coming back as a Cheif Stew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course, she has to work with Captain Sandy, which is a bummer. Look at what she did to Fraiser. She best have nothing but kindness for Tumi.

I felt that it was a little tacky to ask the chef to do a hibachi show. I mean, if they just wanted American Asian food, that is fine, but to make a well-trained chef perform for you seems disrespectful and a waste of their talents.
