Chef's Test - (Season Premiere) Top Chef heads to Wisconsin with 15 new chefs, new rules and new host Kristen Kish. With no Quickfire Challenge this week, Kristen, Tom and Gail each task five chefs with cooking a dish they believe is a worthy test of being a good chef.
Episodes air on Bravo, and then next day on Peacock. Episodes of Last Chance Kitchen air after each episode on BravoTV.com.
Enjoy the show!

They made Milwaukee look so pretty!
Can't wait until they go to Madison, and up north to Door County -- both really are very pretty.
I'm enjoying this season so far! I'll have to check out the "Dish with Kish" episode.

Milwaukee is one of my favorite places, and I've always dreamed of driving through Wisconsin. Those Wisco guest judges were awesome! That man was so enjoying himself so much it was a pleasure to see.
Padma's shoes are a tough fill.

^ If you ever do come to Wisconsin, you should go to one of Bartolotta's restaurants, beerbelly . They're really nice! I can't wait to see what else they show of the state.

Thank you, I had missed the name of the judge. Yes, Paul Bartolotta! I loved him! I honestly started to grow a crush on him because he looked like he was having the time of his life and just enjoying the food and experience. Just took a look at one of the restaurant's menus...delish.

I love Paul Bartolotta. He was on the Season 6 episode with Natalie Portman. He judged the Quickfire, where the chefs had to make TV dinners that conveyed the theme of certain TV shows, and then he sat at dinner service for the vegan main challenge. There was a lot of double entendre thrown around at that table...
