I was thinking at the beginning of tonight's episode that the reason I've grown to like Sapphira is that I feel like I could just sit down with her, whether she was in drag or not, and have a good conversation with her about any number of topics. She just gives off this vibe that she'd be interesting to talk to but would still really listen to anything you had to say, too. And then the interviewer said pretty much the same thing about her.
In addition, RuPaul was so right about Plane Jane's hair in the cover photo shoot. I also really loved Sapphira's fan dress and really thought she should have won over Nymphia Wind. Nymphia Wind's win also meant that she went to finals over Q, who I thought had shown more potential than Nymphia over the season as a whole. But then again, I also realized a while ago that for me, Nymphia's shtick would probably be fine over the course of an evening's entertainment but gets to be a bit much over the run of an entire series. That combined with her consistent lack of self-confidence was just exhausting for me to watch, though I realize what she brings to the table may be more entertaining for others than it is for me because no matter what kind of entertainment is involved, tastes are going to vary.

Couture Designer Queen Nymphia Wind easily takes the win! Her photoshoot was so exciting to watch. Every pose was magnificent and beautiful. Her cover photo was a masterpiece of art. Her Book: “Breaking Wind: The Art of Letting Go.” was according to judges heartfelt, open and honest. She grew up thinking that she did not fit the western image of an attractive man. Struggled with self doubt knowing that she looked nothing like that. But it was through the art of drag that she found confidence. It was a joy to watch her burst out of that bubble of self doubt! Sapphira won the mini-challenge (to relax the queens, and have fun). Her lip sync underwater was fun to watch and an easy win. She impressed me (and Ru), with her natural sense of posing based on her look, and shape during the photo shoot. (I was amazed that she applied 14 times to be on this show before making this season. But, she was needed this season. This was the perfect group of Queens for her to be in, nurture and love.) Her book: “Slue Foot: Embracing All of Me” was a triumph in rising above your circumstances and embracing all of yourself. For me, Sapphira won the "Fan-dango" runway. But, it was Nymphia's stunning photo shoot book cover, along with her open, sincere, interview and story that ensured her the win this week. I hate to see this season come to an end!!! Watching the creativity, personal interactions, and growth as they each "werk" through these challenges is so inspiring. But, I'm looking forward to next week's Lip Sync Lalaparuza!

Agreed! So sad we are on the final four because this show makes me so happy. And tilden, you are right about Sapphira, she is so effortless, and I just want to be friends with her. I love her and Ru's friendship, they totally get each other. I never really got who Q was, except that she needed to win. However, my favorite was her first challenge with her as just a head dancing. Cracked me up!
Nymphia's story was heartbreaking. So glad she found drag. Her looks are always perfection I love that she can sit there and make fart noises, yet come up with these seriously elegant and concept-driven looks. I wonder now if her humor has become so out there because of a defense mechanism.
