Challenge 1: Music Videos - The dancers split into two groups and take on music video challenges choreographed by Emmy nominee Luther Brown and choreographers Phillip and Makenzie Chbeeb.
Enjoy the show!

I like that they've changed the way they're judging this season, but it's a bummer that such great dancers went so early. They definitely should be judging on how the dancers behave on set and not just on the stage, but because they have ALL really talented dancers in the top 10, I guess it was never going to be an easy decision.
I enjoyed that opening number with all three judges. I know JoJo is a divisive person, but I've liked her so far. I enjoyed Comfort in the audition phase and would have been happy to have her continue as the third judge, but I understand that they probably wanted someone "bigger" in that role. Those three judges have invigorated the show, I think. I like the way they're judging now too. I think some people are upset that viewers can't vote, but frankly, they always got it wrong. The best dancer never won, or almost never. Maybe this time, they judges will be able to pick the dancer who can have an actual career. It seems like that's the goal.
IMO, the guys this season are more impressive than the girls. Braylon, in particular, is just spectacular. He's a star.

So will viewers ever have a chance to vote, or will it be the judges deciding all the way through? I’m fine with that. Just curious.

I got the feeling the viewers didn't vote. Maybe the studio audience does? Considering how America usually votes on these things, I'm fine with the judges, all of whom have actual dance experience, picking a winner.
I also do like that, like with the video shoot challenge, they were being judged not just on their performance in the video, but on how they behaved on set, took criticism, etc. Those things are important in the real world too. If you're a pain, don't behave respectfully, are late, etc., it doesn't matter how talented you are; they won't hire you.
