Chaos Cuisine - A Last Chance Kitchen surprise changes the game; Milk Bar's Christina Tosi joins Kristen for a sweet Quickfire that requires the chefs to create a dairy-forward dessert; the chefs must serve a dish that exemplifies chaos cuisine.
New episodes air Wednesday nights on Bravo, then appear next day on Peacock.
Enjoy the show!

I like Kristen, and she’s doing a fine job as host, but I do miss Padma. It’s definitely not the same without her.

^ I like Kristen too; she swears more than Padma did though, doesn't she? ! lol
The dairy dessert challenge was interesting, but they sure didn't have much time. I liked the cake idea, with some kind of cream with it, but the puddings didn't look that good to me. It was awesome how they featured frozen custard in the intro to the challenge, and Kristen said she'd been eating a lot of it since being in Milwaukee, since it's amazingly delicious and my favorite! Kringle was on their table too, but aside from butter being used in a pastry, I don't think of it as much of a dairy dessert. I love it though! yum. Cheesecake was a good one too.
It has happened a couple of times now, if I'm remembering correctly, that a winner of the Quickfire is up for elimination in the following challenge. Ouch! Hero to goat in an instant. That shows how difficult this must be, to cook well in a hurry, in such a stressful situation. I felt bad for Rasika, since she had been at the top at one point, but it sounds like her eggplant was gross and tasteless. Who wants slimy eggplant? That chaos challenge was weird to me, and I would not have known what to do for it.
We didn't get to see much of Milwaukee this time, aside from the specialty grocery stores.

Yes I saw the Kringle on the table! So so good! I’m glad that Trader Joe’s carries it. They were giving out samples of raspberry Kringle one day when I was there. One bite was all it took - I was hooked lol.
