The misspelling of "Finance" in the title is actually a lot closer to true than "Fiance." Most of these folks wanting to come in on a 90-day visa just want to be financed to a better life. LOL.

I liked how David was shocked that he had to pay rent.
This week was a little bland because of the flashbacks but next week looks like a doozy!!!

Why did they need so much of a recap in this episode, it was mainly just a repeat? Chantel and Pedro's families are both very unlikeable. River seems to be grouchy all the time and disrespectful towards Pedro. Also, lol @ River's hairstyle this season. I was reminded of Sideshow Bob.

I enjoyed the two-hour recap/preview to the new season. It helped me to remember some of the past incidents forgotten. The Russ/Paola disagreements don't appear possible to ever have a happy solution. Her "career" so far consists of laying on beds in next-to-nothing clothing. I don't blame Russ for being unhappy, although he should have known what kind of sexy bombshell he was marrying. They certainly are opposites attracting.
Recently read that Jorge has himself in some major trouble for possessing and intent to sell drugs. Nicole's mother should have more of an influence on Nicole's choices, especially when it comes to Mae. IMO, she's an immature and unfit mother in many ways. The mother would be better having full custody of the child. I don't see the families of Pedro and Chantal ever getting along. How long will Chantal put up with Pedro earning money only for his family and not for the two of them? That's so wrong. All of these relationships have major problems except perhaps for Loren and Alexei.

Why can't David work? He doesn't seem to have a job. Russ's new hair style made me laugh. She is a red head now , first brunette , then blonde now red it looks awful to me. These two have really changed since the beginning. |

I, too, noticed Russ' new hairstyle/color and Paola! -- she's gone through every color there is. I'm not sure which color looks best on her. I wonder if some of Russ' discontent is producer driven to cause arguments and drama.
Danielle just can't let go of Mohammed. Walking over to his car after the courthouse hearing to tell him how she's feeling and then going to his motel was just too much. Again, producer driven? I'm still team Mohammed, for whatever that's worth.

I wish they would have a new cast; I would be okay never seeing these people again. Some of them really need the money from the show because they are dragging out the drama. Nicole- Her family just needs to bite the bullet and cut her off. Provide for Mae and be super involved in her life, but never give poor dumb Nicole another cent. She wouldn't be able to move overseas on her own and prince ali isn't working so he wouldn't help her out. Paola/ Russ- they are so boring, it's just same old same old. Chantel/ Pedro- I like Pedro, but Chantel needs to divorce him now. He's never going to change with the sending money and things back home and he'll never choose her over his family. His mom and sister are very grabby. Annie/ the Penguin- They are boring too. Money troubles and family trouble, boo hoo . Jorge/ blow up doll- So much stupid drama, divorce her and send her back/ there is no need for all this stupid

I had it on and watched while I was doing other things. Ok..so Nicole doesn't have much money for a place to live but you can keep it clean, that room was nasty, and honestly it looks like she is gaining weight. That whiney voice when she is on the phone with Azan...makes me wanna scream. What...are you 12?
Paola....c'mon...she is pretty and has a sexy body bit does she really believe she is model material? She isn't. Russ...does he have a personality?
Jorge....he makes me laugh, the whole thing is ridiculous. He needs to seriously grow up.

I finally got to watch the last episode and it seems that practically nothing of significance has changed with these people. Which makes me think that most likely nothing ever will. Oh, the couples may break up, but they will probably be drawn to the same type of people for their next match ups. With all of them, it's really hard to listen to all of the bickering and the negativity.  Let's move on to a NEW set of MISFITS. |

I watched part 3 last night. Russ...what a puss. That man needs a backbone. He was afraid of those "bikers", they weren't bikers as I have ever known bikers. They were street sport bike racers...big difference. And did ya see him riding on back of one? I laughed and laughed.

Doesn't Russ realize that Paola had a life before she came to the U.S.? Being the sexpot she is, she certainly had many relationships with men, yet Russ asked her several times how did she know the biker, who is he? However, Paola's greeting (screams, hugs and kisses) with the biker would likely have upset any husband and made him question who he was. If Russ thought these bikers last night were menacing, what would he do seeing a gang of Hell's Angels? The fact that all the bikers were wearing helmets made me wonder how Paola could have known her friend was one of them. Producer inspired drama?
There was a softness and tenderness demonstrated between Jorge and Anfisa that was quite refreshing. Despite all their fights in the past, it appeared both cared for one another and want to make a go of the marriage. Time will tell.
Nicole is such a sad human being who refuses to see the truth about her relationship with Azan and how he may be using her for money and to get to the states. If indeed he is involved with drugs in any manner, she'd be wise to end the so-called relationship immediately. There would be no reason for the Embassy to concoct a falsehood to deny his admittance to the U.S. if there was no documentation of such activity.
The relationships of the families of Chantel and Pedro are certainly not improving. Neither family is handling the situation well. Pedro just seems to be an uneducated, obnoxious hothead who is not marriage material--too immature, more demanding boy than man. His entitlement behavior is surprising coming from such a poor family. There's noting wrong with trying to help one's family but they should come in second to his wife. (That TV costing $1,000 to ship to the D.R. must have been two to three times the cost of the TV. They should have never bought it in the first place when TVs are available in or closer to the D.R.)
Some of these people need a good talking to or shaking to wake them up and yet I continue to watch this utter mess of a show.

Nicole , Nicole, Nicole.....who didn't see something like that coming? Grandma, grab Mae and refuse to let go! Why can't David work? At something? at anything? Surely bringing in some money is better than bringing in no money? Molly is an idiot. Olivia is a brat, but she has more sense than her mother and I can understand how she feels that Molly has chosen Luis over her and her sister. Molly created this situation herself because she wanted a hot young thing in her bed more than the reality of keeping her kids safe and emotionally stable. Taking him back was a mistake and she may honestly lose Olivia over this. Luis does nothing but consistantly disrespect her children and next week it looks like she leaves him alone with Kinsley? Yuck! Kinsley's dad should step in and try to get custody or at least try to limit Molly from leaving her alone with him. creepy If Chantel and Pedro want to survive and build a strong marriage they both need to leave and cleave. Move away from her toxic family and limit contact with his and focus on building their marriage. I get it that she wants him to get along with her family, but they don't. After what happened in the DR they need to focus on one another if they want to make it. Her family is awful and his is not much better. Adding to that they are both immature and don't understand what marriage is about.
Russ is boring and looks like his mom. pao is pretty but works hard at causing drama. Like if you didn't make Russ quit his job and move to an expensive area so you could make "big bucks" at nudie modeling then you probably could have afforded to go visit your grandma sooner. You have a fancy car but you haven't seen your grandma in 4 years?

She says she wants to work but doesn't have her green card yet. So, she can't work or drive yet and spends her days trapped at the firehouse apt. David spends all his time there too and doesn't appear to even look for work. Instead of working , he moved his son in and asked him to pay them rent. Chris was right to start charging rent.

Thanks, everyone, for the recaps. Now I won't have to watch it. Nicole upsets me the most b/c she has a young child whom she neglects. I feel so badly for little Mae; she has no mental stimulation and her diet is atrocious. Hey, here's a thought Nicole, how about taking Mae out of that sh@& hole every once in a while to the park for exercise? Perhaps on the way back you can make a pit stop at the library and take out some childrens' books to read to Mae.
