What is up with real Maxie? Imperfect answered your question above  I like Kirsten Storms ....but it has always felt like she never really grew up. I still see her as being in her teens. She acts like...talks like it. Does anyone else see her and the new detective starting a relationship? They had a couple moments the other day where I though...oh jeez...here we go... That's such a keen observation about Kirsten Storms seeming to be really young. I think so too. But I actually DO see her and the new detective Chase starting a relationship. I definitely saw a few little SPARKS in their scenes together. And I think they'd make a really cute couple. (And I don't feel that way about Peter, unfortunately. I don't see any chemistry at all between Peter and Maxi.) But speaking of sparks, I thought that Kiki and Griffin lit the screen on fire. I know a few people have already mentioned they don't like Kiki and Griffin together, but to me, they could be the next SUPER COUPLE! Especially with the triangle of Griffin having a full on relationship with both a mother and her daughter! Wow! That's something you don't see every day --- even on soaps. The only other time I remember that happening was many years ago, on Days of Our Lives when Doug (Bill Hayes) fell in love with Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and had a really hot romance, but Doug ended up wooing and then marrying Julie's mother, Addie. That was a real heart breaker!!! And Doug and Julie didn't get back together again until years later, not until after Addie died. (But at least they did fall in love and marry each other, in REAL LIFE!!!) |

I kinda like replacement Maxie better than Maxie  Me too!!! That's Molly Burnett who played Melanie on General Hospital, and I really, really liked her. I was so surprised and pleased to see her playing Maxi, but I guess it's only for a few days while Kristen Storms is ill. Hi Imperfect1 I think you meant to post " Days Of Our Lives"!!! I loved her on DOOL........why they let her go........still scratching my head at that dumb decision. AND she does play Maxie better than KS. |

I’d like to see Griffin stumble upon the baby blanket at Ava’s (she gave him a key) and put a stop to all this nonsense. Also there’s speculation that the new cop came from where Nelle’s fiancé died and may have info on her.

I’d much rather see Griffin with Kiki than Ava. I just don’t get what he sees in Ava. I don't get what anyone sees in the guy. He has a constant scowl like the weight of the entire world ins on his skinny shoulders. |

As for Maxie, I didn't like the replacement actress when she was on DOOL as Melanie. I couldn't stand the character. So when she came on as Maxie the first time, I planned to not like her, plus, she wasn't blonde that time. I felt the least the show could do is get an actress who looked like Kirsten Storms. But she must have done OK in the acting department, because this time I was pleased to see she was the one brought in for the replacement. She does a good Maxie. Plus her hair is blonde this time.  |

So I know it's a soap but how can Carly be sentenced when she was found not guilty? It's a legal technicality. She WAS found guilty, but isn't "legally" considered to be guilty because (according to the court) when she committed the guilty act, because of her "temporary insanity" she didn't know what she was doing, and therefore would not be committed to a jail. But, she doesn't get off scot free, because even though she supposedly didn't know what she was doing, she is still a danger to people, so therefore she still has to be "confined" away from people -- in this case, into a mental institution for the "criminally insane."  |

Nice to see the real Maxie back today.
I don't care who brings Nelle down. I just want it to happen NOW! They're dragging this out way too long. A villain isn't interesting if they have no redeeming characteristics.

So Nelle used detective Chase to have her case thrown out even though it was shaping up to find her guilty. He needs to spill the beans ASAP. It would be so easy for her to accuse him again with their history.

I get that people don't like Nelle, but she & Carly are just two sides of the same coin. The only difference is that Nelle is a behind the scenes plotter & Carly is mean, nasty,& spiteful to your face. She has been needing a comeuppance for a long long time & I am glad to see her getting it, even if it is a short term outcome.

(PS Total soap opera bs. I'm fairly familiar with those kinds of hospitals and they're not even close to being that bad.) I agree about Peter/Heinrich. And I still can't decide if he's really a bad guy or not. But either way, Liesl belongs in a psych ward herself, and her treatment of him isn't doing herself any favors. |

A mental facility named Miscavage AND the possibility of Carly running into Heather!!! I'm surprised GH allowed something as good as Kevin Collins being the psychiatrist who is assigned to Carly's case. It almost gives her a sliver of hope that he can look out for her and protect her. I wonder if she'll tell him about Jason being on the premises. That could be very bad for her, right? |
