Thanks for sharing! There are some good looking guys there, also some very wacky looking ones!  Hope she finds someone in the group that will bring her happiness! I agree on the good looking/wacky looking guys. Maybe some of the wacky looking ones just take a bad picture. I've seen that before on this show. What surprised me was the ages. There are just so many young ones.
Katie is 30. Nearly all the guys are in their 20's, with quite a few at 25.
I remember the same situation with Clare. Those guys were young! I wonder if the show just doesn't get that many decent applicants not in their 20's. Maybe the ones over 30 are all too busy working & have real jobs. Yes, to the bolded above. That's the first thing that struck me, too. I really hate when they do that. I think a more appropriate age range would be 28-35 or so. |

I think they'll make a good team, though I'm not sure why two people are needed. It's strange that the author of the article told us Tayshia's race but not Kaitlyn's. Generally, when they only mention the Black person's race we're supposed to assume the other person is White by default, which isn't cool. To me it screams of "but I can't be racist, my friend is black". I think they are trying to prove something. IMO, to they just need to vet their contestants better, use a more diverse cast and not bring up the race of the hosts. It'll be interesting to watch without CH. I think these two will do a great job. |

He clearly doesn't get what the issue is for him. He may win the battle but lose the war with this approach, and take the entire franchise down with him.
(Or maybe he feels like he's taking the heat for problems with the entire franchise and is more than happy to take them down with him.)

Jesse Palmer's season was one of the few I missed for some reason. Also didn't see the British guy's season. So, I have no idea what to expect.
I agree that Wells would have been a good choice. He was cute at the prom, using his radio DJ announcer voice.

He picked a sweetly bland blonde who he didn’t even propose to (IIRC, he gave her a plane ticket - the height of romantic gestures when you’re hoping for an engagement ring) and they were broken up within hours. It didn’t even feel like they had an actual relationship. |

I read that Jesse Palmer is currently hosting some reality show about surfing. Hasn't he also done some sportscasting? Whetever he's done, he's already part of the ABC family, so that probably goes a long way. I'm not looking forward to him. I remember him as a misogynistic jerk, too. I just don't see him be authentically interested in or supportive of the women on either show, whether it's the contestants on The Bachlor or the lead on The Bachelorette, and I think that's very problematic. Usually, however, jerks just turn into bigger jerks. I like the show & I'm more than willing to give the new Bachelor a chance. On the surface he seems a likely prospect. How Jesse reacts/behaves with the women & the Bachelorette, if he's still there, will determine if I stick with it, and my opinion of him then. When you can't stand the host, the interest in the show leaves quickly. Odd that when the next Bachelor was announced I commented that he looked like Jesse Palmer, not knowing Jesse was even being considered as host. After all these years, he wasn't a thought in my head. I've never watched that surfing show & don't watch sports shows. |

The only way I'd want to see one is in person if I got to sample the final products.  Same thing with fashion shows. No interest whatsoever. Anyhow, I haven't seen him at all since his Bachelor season, thankfully. |
