Crap. The girls finished the sound effects first. That watermelon to the face hurts me every time I see it.

Raquel and Cayla say I wish we had told him Not to help KP….Not nice, Boo! That’s why I don’t like the girls ……..Kim and Penn never would have done that to them.

I hope the girls see how cut throat they have been while Kim and Penn never stooped that low.

Yay!!! They did it! Penn has a very good point, that studying (and attention to details) really helped a LOT.
I feel a bit bad for the girls, but they did super well.

They have the right attitude and we’re so deserving of this win. Tears of happiness from me and Kim!
Relieved the girls came in second.

Penn is amazing -- I love that guy! Giving kudos to the crew for all their hard work and keeping them all safe during a pandemic, then calling his wife a hero for facing her anxiety and he attributed the win to her. Aww, so sweet of a guy! I want a Penn!!!

Nice ending from Dusty. I’m glad Ryan had that constant support from Dusty while wrongfully convicted, and that Ryan supported and grounded Dusty throughout this race.

Omg I'm so happy, why do I always cry. Congratulations Kim and Penn, what a great team. When Dusty was talking about Ryan, we both lost it. Penn thanking the crew. It was a great amazing race..

I don't know ANY of those names. I knew exactly one! Vasco de Gama. Otherwise I would have been like Arun!

I didn't necessarily want the guys to win but it doesn't seem fair that they had to paint the doorknob when at least Arun & Natalia passed without having to do that. It didn't affect anything but that's odd to me. It's so weird how one team almost always seems to fall far behind on the final leg and never catches up. I would have been fine with any of them winning. The girls really seemed to learn from past mistakes and stepped it up. I would have been fine with Ryan winning because he's been through a hell I can't imagine in his life already. Dusty can be OTT but he's obviously the kind of friend everyone needs. I loved that they showed one of my most favorite TAR scenes ever - "My ox is broken." Kinda wish I could see the cheese rolling down the hill again too!

I really enjoyed this season...especially since I liked the team that won. I'm really glad that girls team did not win. Something about them got on my last nerve...especially the one with the glasses. I liked the guys and would have been happy with them winning. And I agree...that doorknob thing seemed unfair. They are so different...Dusty is a spaz, and Ryan is so calm. Maybe that's why they made a good team. I read that Ryan won a settlement for $11 million, so I doubt the race was about money for him.
The only names I recognized on those boats were Vasco da Gama and Cristiano Ronaldo. So that would have been a tough task.
Also, I thought I read that TAR was renewed for another season, but I googled it last night and couldn't find where another season is definitely coming. I sure hope so. TAR and Survivor are 2 of my favorite shows!

Great ending to a great season. I only wish it were longer. I'm not ready to say "Good-bye." Would love to see an All Stars version with Penn and Kim again. They worked so well together.

When Ryan and Dusty finally made their way to the final pit stop I noticed that Ryan immediately said "wait, who won?" and went to congratulate Kim & Penn before their final take in front of Phil. I love Ryan and hope he finds more friends who stand with him no matter what. I don't know if it was because of covid, and the race resuming after implementing safety protocol; but this will forever stand out as a favorite for me. Partly because of what they went through, but also because I really enjoyed this casting. So happy and proud that the oldest couple to win, played with integrity, kindness, and fun. Their kids should be very proud of them....I am! ETA: AZ OMG I love that video!!!! Thank you!!!!!

So all the talk of Kim & Penn being the oldest team to ever win the race, I had to look up their ages. Kim is 45, Penn is 47. Hardly "old"! I'll be 51 next Tuesday, so this whole "the oldest team to ever win" made me feel ancient!

I AGREE WITH EVERYONE!
One of my fall time favorite seasons! great cast. I think the only time I would have been ok with any of the 3 final teams winning. It was hard to root for anyone of them.
Im of course thrilled it was Kim and Penn. They were my before the show started favorite and I love them now after seeing it. I even bought their book (but only started reading it!) But I also loved the girls, I thought they were cute and sweet and Cayla was so funny at times. And of course Ryan deserves all good things forever and ever more and they were a great pair. Thanks for letting me know about Ryans settlement - glad he made top 3 then, he did the whole thing and the money probably wouldnt have made a difference. Penn and Kim said they were using it to fund their kids college.
Yes, TAR and Survivor are my favorite too as well. And the only ones I have seen ALL the seasons of.
What else? Oh yes, Penn & Kims video is hilarious but that is how I already knew and followed them.
I am the exact age of Penn and Kim and honestly I feel oldish in terms of doing something like this. I jog and bike and work out and I know I would not be able to keep up with a lot of those really in shape young ones. So I guess it depends on the scenario if I feel "old" or not.
Sad it is over.
