They'll play a mix of fictional and real-life figures.

Extraction with Chris Hemsworth - I really liked it. It was pretty dark for an action movie, but...Chris Hemsworth! And they left the ending ambiguous...depending on how you look at it. I'd watch more of these if they make them. Waco - focused more on the siege and not so much on how it got to that point, but it was really well done, I think. Taylor Kitsch makes a mullet look good, and Michael Shannon is excellent as always. Containment - some of this was wayyy too close to real life events right now. I wish it had gotten a second season. How to Fix a Drug Scandal - what a mess. Hard to believe the lack of oversight in those labs and how someone could just skim drugs as they pleased. Rampant - South Korean period zombie film. It was really similar to Kingdom as someone mentioned earlier in this thread, and I enjoyed it just as much. The Mire - dark crime thriller set in 80's Poland. It wasn't the best ever, but still watchable.

Extraction with Chris Hemsworth was HORRIBLE not worth your time.
Watched Non-Stop with Liam Neeson on one of the regular cable networks and that one was surprisingly good.

Wow, just wow. Finished watching Tiger King just to see the trainwreck-- wanted to know what all the Tiger King memes were referring to. What a sick bunch of individuals. It's really awful how people are allowed to own large cats here personally. I don't know if Carole Baskin killed her husband but can you even imagine being her with everyone saying she did?!??! Lots of people say her Big Cat Rescue is the same as all the other big cat operations... but from what I see it isn't. The difference is that all the other places breed them so they can make money from the baby cubs until they are 6 months old, then they are left with the problem of feeding large cats at a minimum of $3K per year per cat. Carole Baskin does not breed cats and apparently takes in the larger ones that the other places want to foist off, if I'm understanding it correctly. Terrible business.
Anyway, came here to get a recommendation for the next binge and we're going to start How to Fix a Drug Scandal tonight! :-)

Is that GAS STATION for REAL? Did that actually exist back in those days? ROCK HUDSON!!! The actor playing JACK CASTELLO, is awesome and I am not even familiar with his work at all....DAVID CORENSWET!!! Yes FannyMare sad how Anna Nay was 'cast aside'. Patti LuPone and Rob Reiner!!! The whole series has a great cast!!! Oh and Dylan McDermott is totally unrecognizable as ERNIE, the gas station owner!!!

I noticed Hollywood featured last night when I was looking for what to watch next after I finished Survivor Season 3. I guess I've found my next show. Thanks all, for the recommendation.

Anyway, came here to get a recommendation for the next binge and we're going to start How to Fix a Drug Scandal tonight! :-) They are talking about getting a Presidential pardon for Joe Exotic because Trumps son told his dad that he felt it was unfair. Joe Exotic was convicted of: 1. murder for hire 2. nine counts of violating the Endangered Species Act after he killed five tigers in October 2017 because he "needed empty cages" to house big cats that were going to be boarded at his park. 3. eight counts of violations to the Lacey Act for falsifying wildlife records for "interstate" transactions. This is not all made up fluff. I hate that this film/documentary - has made a hero out of a man who violated the Endangered Species Act and was involved in the illegal animal trade. He is a horrible person who did horrible things to animals. Why are people treating him like a hero.

Spectral - very good action film looks like a typical military meets supernatural film with a twist. Gets in, tells a story, and gets out. No dopey love scenes, or political platform speeches. No stupid action, neat and spare. Music, editing, story grip you and push you forward. Very pleasantly surprised.

I've been slowly watching Grand Designs. It's a good one for me to watch late at night. I don't like all the houses they make, but I still find the process interesting even when I don't care for the design.
I'm going to wish for more seasons when I'm done. It appears there are more, so hopefully they'll add them.

We found a French show, Into the Night. Its only 6 episodes and each is under an hour. Basically, the sun kills people and several strangers on a plane try to outfly the sunrise. It was a quick watch and I hope we get another season.
