I can't wait to see how they end Ozark - I can't imagine them getting any deeper than they already are. I'm sure it won't be a happy ending...

Awwww, so sad to learn it's coming to an end! I love Ozark! It has been a gripping story from the very first season, with wonderful actors. I wonder how long this pandemic will delay filming? At least this hiatus will give them plenty of time for pre-production so they can jump right in to filming as soon as it's safe!

I watched that Lava show and it's ridiculously light and silly; just the sort of thing to watch in these days. I loved the flight attendants and the guys who were going to use the money to help fund their weddings.

Warrior Nun - just dropped OMG amazingly good. Interesting, I'll have to see if my husband is interested. We have the blu-ray of the new Twilight Zone too and the movie The Hunt.

I loved the flight attendants and the guys who were going to use the money to help fund their weddings. Shocked how well the flight attendants did by working together as a team. I hope there are more seasons and different crazy rooms. Luv it that some of the cockiest are the ones that fall the quickest. I luv the "death" scenes when they fall into the lava.

I know the overacting on the death scenes is hysterical! We also cheer for the ones that seem the biggest jerks to fall in fast.
I noticed it takes teamwork and also, many teams send out one person at a time and the other two wait. Meanwhile the stairs at the exit are going down. I think its smarter to have at least two take different ways.

Unsolved Mysteries - new version take on the old series from the 80's. The opening music still freaks me out. I remember hearing that as a kid and running into another room... I got so scared once, I ran into a wall. These stories are sad and no resolution for them hence "Unsolved Mysteries".

The only one that freaked me out more was the intro to Tales From the Darkside. *shiver* Hopefully a few new leads can be generated with the exposure the stories will get on Netflix...

WE watched several episodes this weekend. So very sad. I'm glad they kept the original music, but I would like a host.

I really loved Sisters Camila and Beatrice. With a cast of so many actors unknown to me it was also nice to see Queen of the South's, Epifanio Vargas, Joaquim de Almeida. He is such a wonderful actor. I will also admit that William Miller was some nice eye candy

I watched the documentary 'Crip Camp' about the camp and the effect it had on the disabled children who went there. SO uplifting! It's insane that the ADA was signed into act when I was in high school. And that people had to fight for it!
I highly recommend it!!!!

Off the Record - Documentary on legendary music producer/songwriter David Foster. Interesting doc on his gift of music at a young age and how he became the powerhouse that he became... He had a lot of regrets and doesn't come off the greatest but he admits and owns his mistakes and faults. Somewhat refreshing to see someone of that caliber call himself out on his ego issues.
The Old Guard - Charlize Theron leads a group of immortal soldiers... yeah I know, reading that doesn't sound appealing but it was an interesting story. Very action packed and filled with violence galore. Not going to win any Oscars but kept me entertained.
Crazy Delicious - British food competition. Really enjoyed this and all because I love the one judge Carla Hall (Top Chef, The Chew)

The Old Guard - save your self the time and skip it. Interesting premise. Kinda slow pacing. Ending unbelievably stupid.

Finished the third and final season of Dark - so very confusing yet so fun to watch. I'll probably rewatch all three seasons to pick up stuff that flew over my head the first time. One thing is certain - no matter what timeline or alt-world they're in, Ulrich is trash. Just started Warrior Nun...not bad! I like it enough to keep on watching.

The Old Guard - save your self the time and skip it. Interesting premise. Kinda slow pacing. Ending unbelievably stupid. Agreed. It dragged on in places, a lot of the dialogue was cringey, and the soundtrack was awful. Choreography in the fight scenes was decent, though. Could have been a really great movie but ended up being mediocre.

Just finished Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (a great anime with a very satisfactory, yet bittersweet ending) and about to start on Dark.
