I binge watched the first 7 of these shows using facebook credits. I hope they replay season 1 before they start the new season, or I will rely on Wikipedia summaries
to get me up to date. The first seven were interesting. I can see where plot twists could make the show less interesting.

I liked seeing prince charming in this show.

Season 2 Episode 1 - "Fasten Your Seatbelts" - January 6, 2020

Michaela is hit by the stray shot, and she urges Zeke to flee the scene while Jared calls for help. Michaela has a calling involving Cal and a nosediving airplane. Grace and Ben share the news of the pregnancy with the rest of the family but keep it secret from Danny. Michaela connects a reported missing couple named Anson and Trina Vasik with two flight 828 passengers. Ben notices a van watching him and other passengers. After Cal tells him to stay close to Michaela, Zeke turns himself in to the police. Ben and Michaela find Anson and Trina near the George Washington Bridge. They help them interpret their calling which revealed that a car containing a family is trapped on the cliff after the father had fallen asleep. Grace hasn't told Danny about her pregnancy. Still posing as a therapist, the Major recommends a support group to Saanvi. This had been causing them distress. Ben confronts the occupants of the van and is abducted. His abductor is revealed to be Vance.

Nice to see this series back, good episode throws you right back in.

Vance reveals to Ben that he recovered, but has to pretend to be dead to better track The Major. Captain Bowers assigns Michaela a new partner named Drea Mikami. Michaela attends Zeke's trial, where he pleads guilty to fleeing a crimescene. Grace and Ben go to have a DNA test to determine who fathered her baby, but she gets a calling telling her to halt. They realize the baby must be Ben's and the callings can be transferred via DNA. When Olive is told, she feels alone as the only family member not having callings. Olive decides to visit the Church of the Returned. Grace agrees to let Saanvi take her blood and Saanvi soon reveals the info about the baby to The Major in a therapy session. Ben meets with an 828 passenger named TJ, a college student who has a calling leading him to dig up the buried body of a female classmate. Jared arrests TJ when his fingerprints are found in her dorm room, but Michaela's callings help her uncover the real perpetrator. Ben meets an old friend who is now dean at TJ's college, and she recommends he apply to work there. Vance and Ben realize the Major has access to Saanvi's DNA research. Cal and Michaela have the same calling again as Zeke is kept drugged in a special cell.

The show is keeping its nice fenetic pace, Michaela is not annoying me at all so far.

I feel so bad for Saanvi being manipulated by the Major like she is.

Bit suspicious of Michaela's new partner.

I don't understand if Michaela says the shooting was an accident why they totally ignored her and just took Jared's word over hers. I mean Jared's jealousy and aggression is what caused the fight and basically is the reason why Michaela was shot.

Season 2 Episode 3 - "False Horizon" - January 20, 2020

Olive continues to attend the Church of the Returned who have become more fervent in their beliefs while Michaela fights for Zeke in court. Aware someone is passing her research to the Major, Saanvi sets a trap and identifies a mole in her hospital and her therapist as the leak. Working with Ben and Vance, Saanvi identifies The Major as US Army Major General Kathryn Fitz, a specialist in psychological warfare with thirty years in covert ops. Meanwhile, Michaela helps Zeke get released from jail and Grace fails to fulfill a calling that involves a gargoyle and a woman. Ben is offered a job at TJ's college, and the hiring faculty member Simon White has secret, sinister motivations where the woman is his wife and a gargoyle is seen on the college. Angry at Michaela, Jared connects with a bartender named Tamara whose bar is frequented by the Xers, the group that has been harassing the 828 passengers.

I like that Olive has a larger role this season, and it is painful to watch her family push her away and they just don't get it that it is so painful.

Jared, what is he doing? Is he really infiltrating an Xer group or does he want revenge on Michaela for wrecking his life?

Save her. Does it mean the professor's wife, the baby, or Olive?

Season 2 Episode 4 - "Black Box" - January 27, 2020

Michaela and Zeke share a calling that leads them to a bank that is being robbed. Michaela recognizes the gunman as an 828 passenger named Logan Strickland who has shared the death date calling. They try to calm him and persuade the ESU to wait while they ensure he gets into the safety deposit box he is after. At the same time, Ben and TJ work through a separate calling that leads them to Logan's brother Frank. Frank has the key to the safety deposit box and Ben takes him to the bank. Inside the box is a compass with a bullet in it that saved Logan and Frank's grandfather during World War II. Logan believes it will save his life too, and he gives it to Michaela for safekeeping while he is incarcerated. Having learned about the death date, TJ is upset and Olive takes him to the Church of the Returned for hope. Following the incident at the bank, Jared meets Tamara for a date. Meanwhile, the Major realizes she's been exposed and has Saanvi's research stolen from her lab and home. Saanvi tells Vance she had isolated the trait and was working on ways to both grant it to others and remove it from those who have it.

I thought it was odd that Michaela revealed to all the hostages while talking to Logan that the 828 passengers have visions, like that won't be all over the news.

Poor Saanvi.

Season 2 Episode 5 - "Coordinated Flight" - February 3, 2020

Olive is the only witness when Xers vandalize the Church of the Returned and attack a member Isaiah, and Ben receives a calling to "save her". Meanwhile, Grace's car is forced off the road by other Xers. In both instances, police dismiss the seriousness of the events because the victims are passengers and the attacks appear random with Isaiah remembering Michaela. While being treated at the hospital, Ben and Grace learn their baby is a girl and assume the calling was about her. Ben and TJ review events and realize the Xer attacks have been carefully planned to divert police manpower. Olive tells Michaela what she saw and identifies a suspect, who directs the police to a meeting place for Xers. Jared knows Tamara's brother was involved, so he leaks news of the coming raid to them and Michaela's strike team only finds the truck that attacked Grace. In return for this favor, Jared meets the organizer of the Xers, who is Simon White. Meanwhile, Zeke tries to make amends with Courtney, a woman he wronged as an addict. She initially rejects him, but later finds him with Michaela and identifies herself as Zeke's wife. After Olive comes clean about visiting the Church of the Returned at Michaela's suggestion while also learning a connection with a compass and the peacock on a tarot card that Grace and Olive were shown years ago, Ben secretly visits Adrian telling him to stay away from Olive.

Ben needs to stop being so strongly opinioned against Adrian, his way is not the only way.

The police investigation was OK.

The peacock image and the tarot deck card was OOOOOOO!

Season 2 Episode 6 - "Return Trip" - February 10, 2020

Ben and Michaela learn Saanvi is trying experimental treatments on herself. Courtney, who never legally married Zeke, asks for help with a large debt to a dangerous drug dealer named Lucas. When Zeke and Michaela try to catch him in a sting operation, Michaela is recognized as a passenger and cop by one of Lucas' henchmen before they are saved by Drea. Lucas and his henchmen are arrested. Free of her debt, Courtney leaves and Michaela finds pills hidden in Zeke's razor. Ben and Saanvi share a calling about a young boy named Theo they learn is 828 passenger Finn Nowak's illegitimate child, fathered with a married woman named Orlena Prager just before the flight. When they meet Theo, Saanvi recognizes signs of liver failure in the boy and Finn is a donor match. Meanwhile, Olive and TJ research an ancient tarot deck connected to a calling and learn its creator was a mariner named Al-Zuras who was lost at sea for ten years before returning and claiming to hear God's voice. Grace is asked to participate in a magazine story about the first 828 baby, and she considers saying the baby is Danny's. Ben opposes this idea. At Tamara's bar, Jared informs Billy how Michaela's return started to affect his life. Saanvi experiments on herself again, triggering a shared calling between herself, Michaela, Ben, and Adrian involing a crashed airplane and falling ash.

Sannvi experimenting on herself, always a good idea.

This felt a bit of a filler episode to me and considering this is a short 13 episode season rather wasteful and does it really further along the story. It shows Saanvi being incredibly stupid and Ben acting like a total idiot and really out of the passengers on 828 he is the only trying to figure out what is going on and on he is right? Ben is acting like a total prick.

Season 2 Episode 7 - "Emergency Exit" - February 17, 2020

As Ben and others try to make sense of the crashed, smoldering airplane calling, he confronts Adrian to discuss his preaching and the negative attention it attracts. Olive and TJ share their research about the creator of the Al-Zuras tarot deck with Ben. Michaela confronts Zeke about the pills she found, but he claims to not know about them. Saanvi's latest experiment results in the elimination of the mutation. Meanwhile, numerous 828 passengers are invited to an event at the club where Isaiah works, with an offer of free champagne. However, it's revealed the champagne has been spiked with gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid. Right after Cal gets a repeat calling to "save them", Isaiah locks the club's doors and starts a fire to prove the 828ers are miracles. While Ben, Michaela, Zeke and Jared are able to get several people out, numerous unnamed 828 passengers die from either the champagne or the fire as TJ throws himself on top of Isaiah. A distraught Adrian walks way from the fire.

After Ben saves Saanvi and she is hospitalized, again at the end of the episode she is experimenting on herself and ends up unconscious on the floor. I had a weird moment where I thought I was watching the wrong episode.

Ben continues to be a hardheaded a$$ alienating both Cal, and Olive. By trying to protect them so much he will just drive them into danger. The problem with prophecies is that they can be self fulfilling.

Not that surprised that one of the Believers tried to burn the passengers alive.

More proof that Jared is up to something. But what are the Xers trying to discover by reading Michaela's case files?

Surprised that TJ died.

It was very odd to watch all the firefighters and police officers run into a burning building without masking, passing out from smoke inhalation anyone?

Why is Ben handling a potentially several hundred year old or 1000 yr old manuscript without gloves and in a temperature controlled environment needed to keep old manuscripts from harm?

Season 2 Episode 8 - "Carry On" - March 2, 2020

Olive is still devastated by the events at the nightclub. Following an Xer meeting, Simon advises Jared to keep an eye on Billy as he can be a loose cannon. Michaela and Drea witness Jared leaving the bar and kissing Tamara. After Drea infiltrate the bar and interacts with Billy, Michaela finds that Billy has had some arrest records. As the ruined nightclub is used for memorials, Ben's latest Calling takes him to a zen mediation center. When he brings Olive, another chanting Calling leads them underground where they find TJ still alive underground. With a warrant from Judge Trilling, Michaela secretly plants a bug in the bar, obtains evidence Jared is working with the Xers, and gives it to Bowers. Bowers privately shares the information with Jared. Saanvi kisses her former lover and fellow doctor, Alex, in a park. Alex, who is married, later confronts Saanvi at the hospital about the incident saying it cannot happen again, but Saanvi has no memory of the event.

Finally, we have a number 185 passengers on 828 or would that be those who are still alive?

Yikes, wear gloves when looking at old manuscripts, the oils on your skin can damage it.

Yeah, TJ is found.

Season 2 Episode 9 - "Airplane Bottles" - March 9, 2020

When Zeke goes to see Saanvi about the frostbite he is slowly developing, he finds that Saanvi has been developing short-term memory loss causing him to call in Alex. Two internal affairs agents arrive at the 129th Precinct to presumably discuss Jared's involvement with the Xers, but they instead question Michaela about the cases she solves using mysterious means. Michaela states that she won't continue until she gets a union representative by her side. Jared confronts Simon about the situation, and Simon says Michaela is a threat who must be disposed of. Cal's latest Calling is shared with Ben, Grace, and a recuperating TJ, where they try to build something during what appears to be a thunderstorm outside. Thanks to some clues, they managed to pull together a makeshift ship's rigging, which briefly places them on an ancient boat from which they see Flight 828 in the sky; they also learn that the ancient mariners who tried to get rid of the Callings went mad. Alex is able to get a counter-agent injected into Saanvi as she advises her to be careful. Recognizing the union rep from a previous Xer meeting, Jared has to arrest Michaela before the relocated meeting in order to keep her from getting killed by the union rep.

Kinda liked the mass hallucination but for the sake of all book lovers and antiquarians around the world please quit slamming a 1000 year old journal around like it is a cheap tabloid.

Oh, liked the silver dragon reference that was cute.

I just wish Michaela would keep her mouth shut, she is her own worst enemy and can be the worst character in this series. Please use your brains and please have the writers not be lazy instead of having Michaela go to her default worst characteristic. Then there is Ben and is arrogant overwhelming cockiness that he is right and only he knows the way. These two characters really can be annoying and make you want to quit the show.

Season 2 Episode 10 - "Course Deviation" - March 16, 2020

After Michaela is bailed out, Jared and Kate reveal to her that Jared has been working undercover to disrupt the Xers. Grace gets a calling about a bridge over the Harlem River. She and Ben go there and find Adrian, who had the same calling. Grace’s water breaks and Ben rushes her to the hospital. Shortly after, Adrian rescues a kayaker from the river. At the hospital, Ben has to make a choice to save Grace or the baby as the specialist surgeon hasn't arrived yet, and he chooses Grace (against her wishes). It turns out the specialist surgeon who can save both Grace and the baby is the man rescued by Adrian. Despite this, Adrian tells Ben he still does not believe the callings are ultimately good. Jared is called to the bar where Billy and other Xers are holding Zeke captive. Simon arrives with Erika and orders Zeke to be killed, which is heard by Michaela and others through the bug. This leads to Simon, Erika, Billy, and two other Xers being arrested during the police raid. Tamara accuses Jared of only getting close to her to capture the Xers which Jared denies. Adrian and Cal both have visions of three mysterious shadows of human forms.

Now of course that Simon and his angry wife have been arrested, the story turns to a new bad and implication that the 828 passengers are being used and are the agents of the apocalypse.

Season 2 Episode 11 - "Unaccompanied Minors" - March 23, 2020

As Zeke's death date approaches, Saanvi tries to convince him she is close to a cure. Ben and TJ get callings that lead them to rescue a man from a suicide attempt. The man turns out to be Zeke's estranged father, and Ben helps a reluctant Zeke make peace with him. Michaela stops a teenager fleeing a store and the young man confesses to stealing a candy bar. Michaela gets a calling to "let him go" and does so while watching the teen board a bus. She later learns the teen also stole a large quantity of cold medication known to be used to cook methamphetamine. Michaela works with Jared to follow the teen's steps, resulting in a bust at a meth lab. At the lab, Michaela gets another calling to "let him go", but has to ignore it when the meth cook reaches for a weapon. The cook is put in jail with two others, and the three men are revealed to be the three shadows calling that Adrian and Cal experienced.

Absent: Luna Blaise as Olive Stone

It can be annoying when you start watching this episode remembering Adrian saying that the 828 passengers maybe agents of the apocalypse, the bad guys and you see these implied demonic shadows on the wall and you think maybe..... then at the end of the episode you see it is just the 3 crooks shadows. The writers at times I don't think know what this show is or are they deliberately messing with the audience? And are they doing it well?

Season 2 Episode 12 - "Call Sign" - March 30, 2020

Jared and Drea try to get a confession from Jace, Pete, and Kory who seek revenge on Michaela and her family. Ben has a calling to help a passenger who is racked with guilt, as he was also the man who inspected the plane just prior to Flight 828 taking off from Montego. Saanvi attempts to contact Vance for help getting her credentials back and protecting her from the Major. Vance reveals that The Major has done her own research on the mutation. Michaela and Zeke get married where Zeke's parents are in the same area. Jace, Pete, and Kory engineer an escape from the bus that is taking them to Rikers. TJ reveals to Olive that he plans on going to Egypt to continue his studies. Jace, Pete, and Kory later kidnap Cal and hold him for a ransom of their coccaine stash.

Liked the wedding, nice to see Michaela commit to someone. Jared, Zeke, and Michaela all handled the awkward moments well.

The callings were a bit weird and seemed a bit disconnected.

After all this time why is the Major interfering with Saanvi. A car accident, a mugging, could have done accomplish the same thing.

Season 2 Episode 13 - "Icing Conditions" - April 6, 2020

Michaela tells Ben and Grace about Cal's kidnapping and takes meth from police evidence to trade for his return, with help from Jared and Drea. A pedestrian notifies a patrol officer of the bag Michaela left behind, botching the trade as Jace flees with Cal. Zeke has a calling which helps them locate Cal in the Catskill Mountains. At a remote cabin, Pete frees Cal. Michaela, Ben and Zeke approach the cabin as Cal leads the three criminals onto a frozen lake. All fall through the ice, but Zeke jumps in, saves Cal, then dies. Within minutes, Zeke comes back to life, appearing free from hypothermia and the death date. Ben concludes that the only way to beat the death date is to follow the callings. Elsewhere, Saanvi ignores Vance's requests and tracks down The Major, poisoning her in hopes of gathering information. As the two struggle, a vial of antidote breaks and The Major dies. Ben has another calling in which Flight 828 explodes and crashes into the ocean. To Jared's disbelief, divers are unable to locate the bodies of the three criminals in the frozen lake. A Cuban fishing boat recovers the tail of Flight 828 from the ocean, as a dumbfounded fisherman claims it's from the plane that returned

I really thought the fishermen were going to find the 3 frozen bodies of the meth dealers. Oh, well I except to see them again, that bolt of lighting probably sent them some when.

Is Manifest over for the season? Was last week's the Season Finale?

Manifest started as a short season series. Season 1 was originally 13 episodes and was doing so well the network ordered 3 more episodes for a total of 16. Season 2 was only intended to have 13 episodes. In other words, yes episode 13 was the season 2 finale. Now we have to wait to see if the show will be renewed for season 3.

It seems all the evening shows I like are over. This will be a welcome renewal.
Watching nothing but Daytime Soaps and nighttime Dateline/48 Hours/20\20 gets a bit old after a while.

It seems all the evening shows I like are over. This will be a welcome renewal.
Watching nothing but Daytime Soaps and nighttime Dateline/48 Hours/20\20 gets a bit old after a while.

I am forcing myself to watch items in my Amazon Prime and Netflix queues and I mean I picked them for a reason.

Finished Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norell, starting watching Alone, and attempting to finish Locke and Key.

Watched the first Avengers movie on Amazon Prime. I normally do not do repeats as there is so much good stuff out there why waste the time. I was amazed at all the Easter Eggs I saw and how tidbits in the movie come to fruition in later movies and the Agents of SHIELD tv show. Brilliant and fun.

It is too easy to get sucked into a Law and Order episode or Dateline, or 48 Hours because I don't want to watch a 10 episode series, but then I channel surf too much and get frustrated and just see bits and pieces and it feels like a time suck again.

I mean, I guess I'm glad the show was renewed, but it would be nice to see it get LESS convoluted. It does seem like there's a big picture /ending that they're working toward. It feels like they're laying the tracks right in front of the train, with no real direction in mind.

Season 3 Episode 1 - Tailfin - April 1, 2021

Ben and Vance are in Cuba to follow up on the tailfin. Upon touching it, Ben is thrown backward, which is caught on camera phone by a local boy. A Cuban policeman sees the video and forces Ben to duplicate the incident, but Vance arrives to intervene. Ben and Vance's associate get on a plane to escape, leaving Vance to be apprehended by the DGI. Michaela and Zeke are on their honeymoon in Costa Rica when Cal discovers a recent calling is of 828 passenger Angelina Meyer. Michaela learns Angelina is being held captive in Costa Rica by her highly religious parents, who believe their daughter is possessed. She rescues Angelina, and Ben's plane is diverted to rescue the group. Saanvi runs a private medical clinic, but is shown following 828 leads in a back room. A woman visits the 129th precinct and talks to Jared, stating she hasn't heard from her mother, Kathryn Fitz, with him unaware Fitz is missing. Ben and Michaela discuss the tailfin, now believing that Flight 828 exploded and killed everyone, but they were resurrected for still-unknown reasons. Jace, Pete and Kory are then shown emerging from the thawed lake and coming back to life.

Well, Manifest is back, glad to see some new shows. Michaela is on her honeymoon. Ben is in Cuba and finds the tailfin for flight 828.

Kicker is that Major General's daughter that Saanvi killed is looking for her mother. Seriously, Saanvi the women would have experimented on you like a lab rat with out hesitation and you are feeling guilty for protecting yourself and the other survivors?

Season 3 Episode 2 - Deadhead - April 8, 2021

Michaela gets her suspension lifted and reunites with Drea. They view park ranger footage of Jace, Pete, and Kory walking out of the lake. They investigate and learn the men assaulted two campers and stole their RV. Angelina has a haunting calling that leads her to her old school. With Olive's help, she digs up a time capsule containing an old photo of herself at a King Kone stand, reminding her of a time when family life was normal. Pete tells Jace they should flee to Canada. Jace agrees, but first tries to score money at the place he worked years ago: the King Kone. While there, Pete retrieves the photo that Angelina dropped. Jace and Kory leave without him when the cops come. Pete is arrested by Michaela and Drea, and says the photo has both himself and Jace in the background. Elsewhere, Grace tries to find a safe place for Cal with the three meth heads loose, forcing her to reunite with her estranged stepbrother Tarik. Also, Ben gets unexpected help from Tim Powell in rescuing Vance, while Zeke correctly deduces that Saanvi is troubled by something. News breaks of the discovery of a piece of Flight 828 in Cuba and the Stone house is inundated by reporters looking for answers.

The 3 meth heads who died in the season 2 finale are resurrected and are caught on video looking much like zombies climbing out of the lake.

Ben saves Vance but puts the spotlight back on the 828 passengers.

Saanvi is falling apart from guilt.

Olivia helps Angelina with a vision which leads back to the revived zombie meth heads.

Season 3 Episode 3 - Wingman - April 15, 2021

Upon his return from Cuba, Vance is interrogated by NSA but keeps things close to the vest and insists he won't work for the government again following Fitz's attempt to have him killed. A calling leads Ben to 828 passenger Eagan, who helps him locate and rescue a teenager from a museum that soon explodes. Ben takes the young man home, but leaves before it's revealed that the teenager is Kory's brother. Olive follows up on the pieces of the Egyptian artwork that TJ had given her, revealing more clues and a peacock feather at the same time that Cal has a vision of a peacock. Eagan is later shown discarding a key piece of the artwork after selling artifacts he stole from the museum. Michaela follows a calling to her late friend Evie's home, only to find Evie's father dead on the floor. She and Zeke later agree to take care of Evie's dementia-ridden mother. Angelina visits Pete at his jail cell, saying she feels like she's been called to help him like Michaela helped her. Jared questions Saanvi about the time she spent with Fitz as her fake therapist, making Saanvi nervous. Pete and Kory have a calling, and an RV is shown with someone cutting out the eyes from photos of Stone family members. Vance is led into a large room, and reacts to something unseen.

The callings can be so circular but this is one of better episodes where you can see multiple steps. Professor finds Eagan, together they break into a storage facility for rich people to save a boy who happens to be the brother of one of the zombie meth heads. All the meth heads are on separate paths but all are going on a treasure hunt to find the missing piece of the papyrus.

The same circular pattern is set in place for Michaela to inherit Evie's parents house so Zeke and Michaela can care for Evie's mom.

Season 3 Episode 4 - "Tailspin" - April 22, 2021

Two months later, Vance is heading up the 828 task force for NSA. He invites Ben and Saanvi to view the operation, with the tailfin now added to the plane wreckage. Vance shows Ben and Saanvi old security video of the tailfin vanishing and Saanvi recognizes the time stamp on the screen as when she killed Fitz, the same day Zeke rescued Cal and beat the death date. Ben enters a secure area and sees the body of 828 passenger Kelly Taylor in an experimental container, remembering she was shot and killed over a year ago. He learns the body no longer shows a bullet wound, but has injuries consistent with a plane crash. Coupled with the return of the tailfin to the Caribbean, Ben says science now proves the passengers died on the plane. Zeke discovers his callings have changed, when he feels exactly what Beverly is feeling during an episode. He later uses this ability to get Pete to reveal that his high school football coach named Hannity was forcing Jace, Kory and himself to deal drugs, which resulted in a teammate's death. Using his pending death date as leverage, Michaela gets Pete to reveal that Jace is going to Coach Hannity's house right now. Michaela arrives to find Kory has been shot by Jace for trying to stop him, while Jace fled. At Kory's prodding, Michaela finds drugs in a vent and arrests Coach Hannity. Meanwhile, Jared and Drea learn more about Fitz's disappearance, as Emmett informs Vance that Jared is getting too close.

This episode starts two months after the last one. Thank you Vance for being angry at Ben. Ben you are not responsible for everyone in the world. Get over yourself.

Liked seeing the corpse of one of the passengers. Time travel is involved.

The meth head story is getting old how long will it last.

The Major Generals daughter looking for her was old before it started.

Season 3 Episode 5 - "Water Landing" - April 29, 2021

Jared continues getting closer to the truth and is abducted by Emmett under the alias of Special Agent Fisher while Saanvi starts to understand the consequences of her choices; Jared is fed a story about Fitz being taken out by an enemy spy which Vance reveals is how he covered up her murder to everyone, including the government. With a day until his death date, Jace goes on a bloody rampage trying to get revenge on Michaela and Pete is taken to Eureka to have tests run upon him. In Jace's trailer, Michaela finds a drawing that matches part of the ancient parchment on Maat. Levi suggests that it is a depiction of an ancient story called The Last Trial which featured three criminals whose stories match Jace, Kory and Pete. The story suggests that if Jace forgives Michaela and seeks redemption instead of vengeance, he will be spared. In exchange for Vance allowing Pete to help Michaela confront Jace at the lake, Ben agrees to allow Eureka to experiment upon him. After Tarik brags at a bar about the restaurant that he wants to open with Grace, the family's location is revealed on the internet by a man who overheard Tarik's pitch for an 828-themed restaurant. While searching for Jace, Zeke is knocked unconscious, leaving an oblivious Michaela alone in her search.

Thankfully, they finished the Jared investigation into the Major's disappearance.

Like the Egyptian fable the "Last Trial" and how it relates to the current storyline, just felt it took forever to get there.

Season 3 Episode 6 - "Graveyard Spiral" - April 29, 2021

Michaela fights Jace who experiences a Calling of Cal playing basketball and repeating "last chance". Convinced that his survival is connected to Cal, Jace kicks Michaela off of a cliff and goes after Cal. Michaela is later rescued by Zeke and Jared. Due to the family's whereabouts being revealed, the tires on both of their cars are slashed, stranding Tarik, Grace and Cal and revealing their location when Jace hears the call about the vandalism on Michaela's police car's radio. At Tarik's house, Jace ambushes the family, Pete, and Angelina when they arrive to help and reveals to Pete that he believes that the resurrections are all connected to Cal and that if Cal dies, they'll come back again where the agent sent by Vance was shot in the head. Jace kills Tarik leading a vengeful Grace to attempt to kill him while Kory arrives to protect Cal. With time almost out, Ben convinces Grace to not shoot and Jace dies again by spewing lake water while Pete and Kory's injuries heal and they remain alive, seemingly beating the death date. Michaela promises to help Pete get early release in a couple of years for his good deeds and Angelina promises to wait for him. After Olive stops the parchment from being taken away by two men, someone returns Ben's bag containing the final missing piece that Eagan had stolen. The parchment reveals that as the three men were resurrected together, they are being judged together. A shadowy figure rises from Jace's body, grabs Pete and Kory and causes them to die for a second time. Ben and Michaela are saddened by the realization that they were wrong about what needed to happen while Angelina is devastated to lose Pete.

Really, the writers needed two episodes to figure out this messy, messy, storyline. Next time do in it in 15 minutes and safe the viewers some this painful garbage. Filler episodes like this kill a series.
