My son and I have this thing going where when we hear of someone "famous" passing, we will notify each other. Most times he will let me know before I've heard about someone's passing. Today I heard first. His reply was "Oh" and I came back with "Yeah and I will shed no tears for him" He said "Same"
A little while later he sent me a meme that had a picture of him with the caption "Now OJ can rest knowing his wife's killer is dead"

I think a lot of people hope to somehow make the world a better place by their actions. OJ made the world a better place by leaving it. I hope he rots in hell.
This is one of the first times I've agreed with Caitlyn Jenner about much of anything. Good riddance.

Oh.My thoughts are with his children, who have had an extremely hard go at it. True, but he wasn't thinking about his kids when he beat Nicole up and he wasn't thinking about those kids when he brutally murdered their mother. From what I read, the two youngest were raised by their older half siblings, who seemed pretty stable. I owe that to the first wife. Well, I mean it's not about OJ or what he did at this point; it's about the people who were left behind (who may have conflicting thoughts about this). Shouldn't people be concerned about them?

I do understand just being an adult doesn't make it any better, but I wonder just how much of a relationship they had with him these last 30 years. I wonder what they really think about all of it. But yes, they will be okay. He lived to an age when most people's parents are passing away.

I wonder how much they saw and knew about. And how, now as adults, they think of their dad. No the pain doesn't go away but as an adult you look at it differently than a child would.

That is sad. I remember her season and she was quite good.

Very sad news about Mandisa. Too young. 😞 I remember her being quite good on AI, season 5. Elliott Yamin posted a nice tribute to her on his Instagram page. May she rest peacefully. 🕊️

There's currently an investigation going on that's being very hush hush, so the odds of this being a natural death...aren't good. Poor Mandisa.

From all accounts she was sweeter than honey to everyone and lived a life of faith. I saw no mention of family. I wonder if she had children or a significant other?
