Oooooh . . . looking for a rule as a Superhero! It's Super Bitch!!! I don't think she needs to be called that name. From dictionary.com: bitch: a malicious, unpleasant, selfish person, especially a woman. My opinion.

Oooooh . . . looking for a rule as a Superhero! It's Super Bitch!!! In that article, Fox is quoting the Daily Mail, which is a hack newspaper and deals in quotes from "unnamed sources," so she may or may not be looking for a super hero role. I'm in the "wait and see" camp when it comes to believing whether or not this rumor is true.

You could've used any of the words in the definition. You chose one that is rude and demeaning. That's the last I will say about this. Moving on... If H&M are going to support themselves at least one of them will need to work. I guess some people will hate Meghan no matter what.

That’s a fair point Betty. But then why didn’t they say in the announcement they were stepping away so Meghan could act (if the report is true and I think it’s too early to believe it).
And for the record, I really liked Meghan when she first came on the scene. I LOVED the personal touches she put in their wedding. There’s a lot she can do that I don’t see as wrong. But when she plays victim, bucks the system she entered into willingly, is disrespectful, etc I think she’s deserving of criticism. If she returns to the gracious and respectful woman we got in the beginning I will cheer her on. I think it’s unfair to write off negative opinions as poor Meghan not being able to do anything right.

Thanks for your words, acookertv. I, too, really liked Meghan at first. We were blessed to be able to tour St. George's Chapel at Windsor, so it was wonderful to see a royal wedding take place there. I stayed up all night to watch the wedding, and had a few tears as I saw Prince Charles walking her partway down the aisle in a visual "welcome to the family" moment. And seeing Harry mouthing, "You look amazing. I'm so lucky," as she joined him at the altar. Fairy tale stuff. Cinderella married her prince. Since then, there have just been too many indications of her self-centeredness and her attempts to physically separate Harry from his family. It's saddening to see. Poor Queen Elizabeth . . . another "annus horribilis" at a stage in life when she probably hoped the rest of her reign would NOT include multiple family issues.

I have to wonder what kind of family the royal family is if Harry and Meghan have been back in the UK for a week or more and they are only just encountering William and Kate for the first time when they arrive at the church. Relations must be frosty, indeed! If it were my family, even if we were mad, we would have found a way to get together before that frosty public meeting.

I don't think we'll ever know, but it would be interesting to know who was more behind them not seeing each other - William or Harry.

Harry was busy with the invictus games, wasn't he. I honestly don't keep up, on their every move..so I could be wrong.

All we know is that they never had a public appearance 'till then. They very well could have had numerous times or meetings together in private. The Royal Family doesn't have 24 hour filming & publicity. They have plenty of private times & private lives too. I don't assume anything just because of idle gossip or rumors. British tabloids are notoriously harsh, gossipy, and just plain false. They're way worse than ours in the US. It's entirely possible that the Royal Family are handling this whole Harry & Meghan stepping back from Royal life in as calm & proper way as possible. The Queen wouldn't have it any other way. She's always proper & as calm as possible about everything.

I'm going to be positive and say that everyone looked great. Green is definitely Meghan's color, and I really liked the cut of Kate' dress.

Dailymail wanted me to remove my adblocker so I found it on another site. She looks gorgeous and relaxed; she does wear jewel tones extremely well.

For days I have been looking at their photos. She looked stunning every time she was photographed. No doubt one of the photos of her and Harry under an umbrella will become iconic. The way they look at one another makes me gleeful.

I'm going to be positive and say that everyone looked great. Green is definitely Meghan's color, and I really liked the cut of Kate' dress. Everyone did look great, I agree. My favorite dress on Meghan was the ruby red; I loved the cape top and the long sash in the back. She also looked stunning in that emerald green! (And as FM said, the turquoise!) Kate also looks gorgeous in green. In fact she wore a really pretty green dress while she and William were visiting Ireland. (Later it was shown that one of William's cousins wore a very similar dress for her engagement party, but I see no problem with that.) I like being positive, as well, but I did feel uncomfortable when William attempted to make light of COVID-19. He's typically not callous or unprofessional so I was surprised that he went there.

Following the trend of looking good in bright colors Queen Elizabeth looks exceptionally good today in a colorblocked pink and red dress. You can see the pics on the Royal Family's Instagram.
And yeah, that remark Prince William made was very tacky, all things considered.

This poor girl just can't catch a break. Because of the Coronavirus Princess Beatrice is being forced to cancel her wedding reception at Buckingham Palace. She's also scaling back the wedding to family and close friends only.

Part of me feels like the universe is trying to tell her that this marriage is not a good idea ... but that may just be my own opinion of her fiance jading my view!

I agree. “I bet everyone’s like, ‘I’ve got coronavirus, I’m dying,’ and you’re like, ‘No, you’ve just got a cough,'” the Duke of Cambridge quipped to first responder Joe Mooney, according to video footage of their exchange. He added: “It does seem quite dramatic about coronavirus at the moment. Is it being a little hyped up, do you think, by the media?” -------------- Now his father has it. Thankfully it sounds like his father's symptoms are as William described, at least up until this point. (From CNN) Prince Charles, the Queen's son and the first in line to the British throne, has tested positive for coronavirus and is now self-isolating in Scotland. Here's the statement from Clarence House: “The Prince of Wales has tested positive for coronavirus. He has been displaying mild symptoms but otherwise remains in good health and has been working from home throughout the last few days as usual. "The Duchess of Cornwall has also been tested but does not have the virus. In accordance with government and medical advice, the Prince and the Duchess are now self-isolating at home in Scotland. The tests were carried out by the NHS in Aberdeenshire where they met the criteria required for testing. “It is not possible to ascertain from whom the Prince caught the virus owing to the high number of engagements he carried out in his public role during recent weeks.” -------------- The most concerning part in this situation now is that last sentence...

That's what happens when you joke about the misfortune of others, it slaps you dead in your face. Guess it's not that funny now, eh William? With that said, I really hope Prince Charles will be okay, but I'm sure he will get the best of care and a ventilator if it comes to that unlike a lot of people.

Honestly, there is such a thing as black humour. And some media is definitely being very dramatic and playing angles about what is a very serious situation. And there have definitely been people who are claiming to have the virus when they have a common cold. So I’m giving William a totally pass on this one. IMO, of course.

William's comment came while he was in Ireland, when all of this was on the horizon. In his capacity, this was a dangerous comment for him to make.
