I ended up watching a bit of the Quarter Ton Teen. I had heard there was a story very similar to Sean Millikin and Billy Robbins. It was just as bad, perhaps even worse. The mother infantized her son, calling him baby, referring to herself in the third person "mommy" and stroking him, leaning on him and of course over feeding him. I had to turn it off, I just couldn't anymore. She had lost his twin at birth and almost lost him, so I understand some of it, but the woman needed therapy. Husband was pretty useless.

Yikes, I cringed just reading that. Glad I skipped it, I would have had to turn it off too.

Watched WATN and Amber pissed me off. How you gonna be big as hell but describe your SO so horribly? She wasn't even happy for his accomplishments. Good on Dr. Now for suggesting that they eat meals separately because while he was eating good she was buying ice cream and eating all sorts of garbage, then acted all Pikachu Face when she gained 6 lbs? Make it make sense. I mean, I get it; people's metabolisms are different and some people simply have a hard time dropping pounds, and it's generally easier for men to lose weight because of muscle mass. However, don't eat junk and then try to gaslight Dr. Now by saying you have no idea why you're gaining/only lost 3 lbs because you know why.
She also had the procedure done in the past, only to gain everything back. I'm sorry, but that's on you, sis. I sincerely hope he leaves her.

I don't know why they even bothered showing Ontreon last night, he's still using his tiny wife as a literal crutch and thinks he can pray the pounds away. Not happening, sir. At least we had Wess, who put the work in and is doing fantastic. I love when Dr. Now says he's proud of someone.

At least we had Wess, who put the work in and is doing fantastic. I love when Dr. Now says he's proud of someone. I was SO glad Dr. Now was basically like "I gave you the tools and 2 months to implement them and it's been 2 months and you've lost nothing. It's obvious at this point you're going to continue with your old habits; call me when you're actually serious about this" because he's out here wasting people's time. There are people who just want the surgery while not putting in the effort/changing eating habits and it's a waste of time and money because then you end up with situations like Amber (who had the surgery and gained back every pound and then some). After the second visit Dr. Now just repeated what he said in the earlier visit and then asked to talk to his wife.
Good on Wess for taking it seriously from the beginning and putting in the work!
